I had a cavity filled for the first time in years. I let him know I was difficult to numb, and he made the process so easy and quick. While numbing me took a little time, it worked! The filling itself only took him 4 minutes. Amazingly fast, professional, and most importantly- he and his staff made me feel comfortably at ease. I'm so glad I switched and will continue getting my dental needs taken care of here. :)

I loved and recommended this practice for years; however, my recent experience has changed everything. I had a cleaning performed in April 2019. Like usual, they were going to file with my insurance and it would be fully covered. I had another cleaning in October 2019, same deal, never asked for payment. In OCTOBER 2021 I receive a bill for the April 2019 cleaning. They forgot to file my insurance and just realized it. Too much time has passed, so the insurance company will no longer pay (it's outside the claim period). They bill me for the service. When I question why the insurance didn't pay, they lie and say the insurance didn't cover it. I had to insist on copies of their insurance filing records to prove they failed to timely file. Even then, they refuse to admit it was their mistake. Instead, they just keep sending me bills. Even worse, the bills are for the full amount and they refuse to adjust the bill for the negotiated insured rate. I've had to reach out to the insurance company to report them for violating the contract. So I paid for insurance, but I'm still having to pay for the cleaning simply because I relied on their promise to file with my insurance, and then they didn't even make me aware they'd failed to do so until it was too late for me to file the claim myself. The whole bill is $140 - you'd think a business would just own their mistake and eat the $140 to keep goodwill. I even tried to reach out personally to Dr. Greeson to discuss this, and he ignored me. I have to assume that screwing over their patients is a common occurrence. AVOID THIS PRACTICE AND THEIR SHADY BUSINESS DEALINGS AT ALL COSTS.

This was my first visit to this dental practice. Check in was very efficient, and the staff were all so pleasant! Kudos to you for a well-run office!

Dr. Greeson and staff are always very courteous, compassionate and caring about their patients. Well pleased with their services. Feels like you're with Family when you are there.

I was told most of my life, it would take years plus a second round of braces before I could finally get a dental implant. Dr. Greeson made it happen in a day! I couldn't be happier with how it turned out and with my experience with him and the staff.

Great Dentist I recently had a Root Canal done which of course I was a bit nervous about. They were awesome helped calm my nerves and answered any questions I had. The procedure went smoothly and all of the staff were super professional and kind. I would highly recommend them for anyone seeking dental care. They are awesome!!!

Love, Love, love this dentist office! I am very happy to be a new patient with this dental office. My dental hygienist is wonderful and takes great pride in her work. The front desk staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Greeson makes you feel at ease and so comfortable. My only regret is that I did not switch to this dental office earlier.
