We had an appointment at 9 am and they made us wait over 2 hours until they got us in. When I asked them about the wait I was given an attitude by the front desk lady. Will not be coming here again.

I had the best dental experience ever! Thanks to Dr Garret and his staff. It was a painless quick and successful procedure. I highly recommend this clinic. Especially if your physically disabled like myself. They are very attentive and accommodating

She/he is right family dentist looks good on this office. We have had good experiences from the time my brother-in-law told us about dr.Greer's office. So now all my family has been, fast service and efficient.

Went in for a consult and the bedside manner was terrible. I felt like my questions and feelings were being laughed at and I felt very patronized. I cancelled further appointments and will be finding somewhere else.

I'm still in shock over my experience today!!! Oh my goodness Dr. Greer is the first dentist that I have ever gone to and had absolutely no pain! He did a consult with me first and explained each procedure. He listened to me! I have adrenal insufficiency (Addison's Disease) and it's very scary to be stressed due to my body not producing cortisol. It can turn bad quickly. I took my emergency injection with me just in case. He told me that they have it there! What??? Couldn't believe it. I've been to the hospital several times explaining I need my injection due to my body shutting down and Dr and nurses didn't even comprehend. Didn't have a clue how to help me. My daughter which is a nurse always has to communicate for me. My adrenal glands do not work. She was also shocked about Dr.Greer knowing exactly what to do! He and his staff were amazing working together as a team. I was very comfortable and was given happy gas. Dr. And nurse were communicating about my issue she and he both knew exactly what to do. Before I knew it, I had started getting groggy.i don't even know when I was given the anesthetic. I woke up and it felt like it had only been a few minutes. I didn't know that it was already over! Wow!!! After hours, late this evening Dr. Greer called me personally to check on me and to give me tips on what to expect and do to make a speedy and safe recovery. I am HOOKED! I wish he could be my actual Dr. that treats my illness. I just can't say enough!!! Thank you so much Dr. Greer and the team!

They forced my daughter who has no drivers license, to drive me off their property. and wouldn't allow me to stay in parking lot, to allow the anesthesia to wear off. They put my daughter and myself in absolute harms way. On top of that the dentist Greer was extremely rude! I will find better service else where! Oh BTW? He told me that I should just get over being attacked, as in a real attack on my life. I hope karma dishes all of you what you deserve at this office.

My 89 year old mother went in to get 4 teeth pulled they ground the teeth off not pulled left bone splinters all in her gums left a huge chunk on left side called them about it they said dont come in it's just bone it will eventually go away 2 weeks moms still in pain

Couldn't even get in for a consult because the front desk lady with an accent is extremely rude and very quick to cut you off mid-sentence. She was so argumentative just because I asked for an appointment confirmation via text/email. Great job on losing a patient even before we walked through the door. Get a new front desk lady... she is clearly representing your practice horribly and hung up on me twice. I can't believe such arrogance this lady has all by answering the phones. Will be seeking services elsewhere.

WENT FEW YEARS BACK LOVED SERVICE. KIND CARRING. STAFF WAS SO NICE PLUS I WAS MADE TO BE COMFORTABLE AND NEVER FELT ANY PAIN MEANS ALOT TO ME. AT HOME I NEVER FELT ANY EITHER. ID REFER GOING TO THIS OFFICE. THEY ARE GREAT. !!!!
