Below is our New Patient Package that you will need to complete on your first visit. You can expedite matters by downloading the package, completing it at home and handing it to our staff when you arrive for your initial visit to our office.
Your first visit to our office is designed to get you better acquainted with all we offer as well as introduce you to our caring staff. On your first visit, we will review your medical and dental histories and evaluate your oral health. We will take digital x-rays of your teeth and explain to you whether or not you will require any dental treatment.

Been going through dental implant prep procedures and regular dental needs. This is, by far, the most professional and respectful general dentist office in the area. I drive from Franklin just for this dental experience. Dr.Taylor and his staff are all top notch. The ladies at the front are very meticulous and courteous in their scheduling. All of the dental assistants are professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. All of this, is no doubt, due to their admirable and respectful employer Dr. Taylor. Highly recommend for the entire family.

Hands down the BEST dental team I have ever came across!! So happy a friend recommended Dr .Meek and his phenomenal crew!! They had me in fast and out even faster! I have been treated by several amazing staff members. Everyone is fantastic. I was dreading todays cleaning of an infected molar with deep pockets. I am shocked how I felt zero pain! These people KNOW what they are doing! I highly recommend this facility.

Me and my wife have been going to Dr. Meeks for years. He is also very caring and gentle with my wife as she has a severe phobia of the dentist. He has gained her trust and makes It to where she doesn't even feel the shots! My youngest son is also seeing Dr. Beau Taylor for his ortho spacer. He was way cheaper then a previous quote from another practice. He was very comforting to my 9 year old as he explained the process to us!

Best dental office I've ever been to. Receptionist was great and friendly. The dental hygienist was amazing. It was the best cleaning I've ever had. She was friendly and made me feel welcome. She explained everything she was doing. It had been awhile since I had been to a dentist. My old dentist office made me feel bad so I quit going. She spent time with me cleaning and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Taylor examined my teeth and asked me about problems. Great check up. They even had in house insurance. Highly recommend this office.
