Dr. Wu is an exceptional dentist. It's not just the quality work she does, but how she helps relieve my anxiety and fears. Dr. Wu is a unique person, and I feel that it is a blessing to be able to have her as my dentist. I also appreciate William and Ping's kindness and dedication! And the waiting space is so calming! Dr. Wu is extremely nice and patient. And super knowledgeable. I came to her because of her expertise trained by Pankey institute (my dentist friend told me about Pankey) - for my TMD issues. Not many dentists have that. She is also very diligent about continuing education - and she stays abreast with the last research and new treatments and apply that to my care. This is genuinely impressive.

I don't know how good the dentist is because I even cannot see the dentist. **The appointment system is trash** (No joke) If you think your time worth much, think twice before considering this dental clinic. I contacted the dental clinic by SMS before making an appointment, and was told the website should be the only way to make the appointment. I got the an email after submitting the appointment form through their website (the earliest available time was 2 months later). When I reached the dental clinic on time, I was told no appointment for me. The email I received was just a request. Because no one reviewed or confirmed my request, I had to reschedule it 1.5 month later. I asked how I could know my appointment got confirmed, and was told someone would contact me by email. The appointment system sounds like lottery. If you won the prize (appointment confirmed), some one would contact you. If not, you would never know what happened, and had to reschedule for another few months waiting. The excuse is that their system may have conflicts.

The office is clean, the music is soothing. The staff are friendly and approachable. Dr. Wu is a nice person, a good listener and I have no doubt with her professionalism.

Very thorough exam and cleaning, highly recommend! Dr. Wu explained everything in great detail and provided very helpful action steps/resources to address some of the problems. Very glad that I found her practice.

Dr Wu is an amazing and attentive dentist. She thinks not only about the problems directly in the mouth but al holistically about how different related parts of the body come together to affect dental health. Trust her completely with my dental health and my family's dental health. Great with kids too.

She is is kind, knowledgeable and up to new finders in Dentistry new updates. She took me by surprise...she found out about my complex problems in my bite right away I didn't have to explain anything. It was amazing....she doesn't treats only your teeth, she treats your whole body as one. She is great as person and also as a professional. I'm so happy that I found her.

Dr. Wu has a warm, welcoming and efficient staff. Dr. Wu is an accomplished expert dentist . She has up to date equipment and explains what needs to be done in a calm manner.

Everyone there is really nice and polite! I only wish they could communicate what they're about to do before they do it, rather than just getting it done and leaving me in the dark about it.

I have been a patient of Greenwood Smile Dental for many years. Dr. Wu and her staff have made me comfortable and at ease at each appointment. The care provided has been execellent and as a senior my teeth and overall oral health are great.

Really enjoyed the experience. Went in for a cleaning, and Dr. Wu was very thorough and delicate. Also enjoyed the front desk receptionist and the technician. They were both friendly and caring!
