Dr. Willman is an Invisalign certified provider and has received advanced training in sedation dentistry, dental implants, and rotary endodontics. His continuing education includes the Dental Residency Program at Indiana University, Pacific Aesthetic Continuum, Heartland Dental Care Aesthetic Continuum, Heartland Dental Care Doctor Leadership, and Bell Leadership training at the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill. Dr. Willman also serves as Mentor Dentist within the Heartland Dental Care Education Program.
Dr. Willman is a member of the American Association of Cosmetic Dentistry, Indiana Dental Association, American Dental Association, Indiana State Forensic Organization, and the Academy of General Dentistry.
The Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) Fellowship is presented to dentists who are committed to pursuing professional excellence and providing the highest quality of dental care. In order to receive this distinction, Dr. Willman completed 500 hours of continuing dental education, passed a comprehensive written exam, and fulfilled three years of continuous membership in the AGD. As an AGD Fellow, Dr. Willman has joined an elite group of only 6% of dentists in the U.S. and Canada who share an extraordinary dedication to the idea that great smiles and good oral health for their patients are the results of going above and beyond basic requirements. Fellowship symbolizes excellence in the dental profession and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Becoming an AGD Fellow means a dentist has taken part in some of the most rigorous continuing dental education programs today, said AGD President, Connie White, DDS.
