After completing her undergraduate education, Dr. Samela attended Indiana University School of Dentistry. She graduated from IUs School of Dentistry in 2013 and immediately moved to Boston, Massachusetts, to begin her career in the field of private practice dentistry.
Dr. Samela has taken hours of continuing education to further her studies and sets goals each year to broaden her general dentistry knowledge. To date, she specializes in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign, restoring dental implants, smile design and Botox.
Dr. Jillian Samela is excited to be back in the Midwest and looks forward to providing exceptional dental care to Greenwood and the surrounding areas and will build her forever dental home right here at Greenwood Dental Smiles!

Awesome and wonderful Dentist, Hygienist and all Staff. Everyone really cares about you and how you are doing. They take time to listen. You are not just a number, but a real person to them. Best of all they are excellent at the care they give you.

Dr. Diekhoff and the staff have been extremely pleasant and professional in my experience here. They run on time, the office is clean and the front desk is always very kind! I'd highly recommend giving them a try.

Wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly, teeth feel very clean. Explained procedures clearly, communicated openly and were easy to understand. "Greenwood Dental Smiles" is a very fitting name because smiles were abundant all around!

I needed a bridge put in for a new front tooth. I really don't like going to the dentist but Dr Samela and her staff were GREAT. They were all very patient with me. Everyone is very friendly and kind. Thank all of you for my new beautiful smile!!

Hands down the best dentist I've been to in my 30 years. From the beginning everyone was friendly. The dental hygienist, Paige, put me at ease and was very gentle with the cleaning. The dentist was extremely nice and explained everything to me. I'm so glad I finally found a dentist that I enjoy going to.

I highly recommend Greenwood Dental Smiles! Upon entering, I'm greeted by name- who doesn't love that!? Everyone else I encounter is incredibly friendly and patient with all my questions. Whether I'm there for a cleaning or a different procedure everything is explained to me, step-by-step. The recently remodeled office is always clean. Always extremely friendly, professional, and trustworthy. We've moved from the south side of Indy and couldn't find another practice that took as good of care of us or didn't try to impose unnecessary treatment on us. We highly recommend!
