Dr. David Zadiks commitment to continuous education and professional excellence began many years ago. After earning his undergraduate degree in his hometown from the University of Toledo in Ohio, he went on to complete his dental graduate work at the University of Detroit Mercy in Michigan, followed by residency programs at both Detroit Mercy and Mt. Sinai hospitals. He then added to his expertise by engaging in rigorous advanced training in the field of restorative cosmetic dentistry. In the years since, he has continued to seek out educational opportunities in new technologies that are transforming dental care and cosmetic options for todays patients.

After establishing his practice in New York City in 1990, Dr. Zadik quickly gained a reputation for superior restorative and cosmetic dental care. As his Manhattan practice grew, he built an additional practice in Greenwich, Connecticut, which has allowed him more ready access to both his family and patients in that community.

Dr. Zadik has served on the teaching faculty of New York University Dental School and Bellevue Hospital in New York City. He belongs to the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and the American Academy of Laser Dentists. He is also a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and Connecticut State Dental Societies.

Dr. Zadik enriches his own life by contributing his professional skills to those less fortunate. He has joined teams of physicians and dental professionals as part of Doctors without Borders, World Challenge and Partners in Health. These efforts support and provide medical and dental care in disadvantaged areas around the world, including Haiti, Mexico, Guatemala, Belize, Honduras and Costa Rica.

Because Dr. Zadik believes that goodwill and compassion should begin in ones backyard, his dental team also provides children with complete dental care through the Kids-In-Crisis Organization in Greenwich, Connecticut. These services are free of charge to the disadvantaged children in surrounding areas.

Dr. Steven Altman received his doctorate of Dental Medicine degree from Temple Universitys Kornberg School of Dentistry and completed his Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency program at Lutheran Medical Center in New York. He provides comprehensive dentistry services including cosmetic dentistry, implant dentistry, TMJ disorders, sleep apnea and restorative dentistry. Dr. Altman prides himself on utilizing state-of-the-art dental technology and research to provide the best care to his patients, meticulously detailing every procedure, whether it is a simple filling or a full mouth makeover. He is committed to listen carefully to his patients to understand their interests and concerns so that he can collaborate with them to achieve the best possible results dentistry has to offer.

Dr. Altman travels around the country to gain additional knowledge and experience by learning from the best minds in dentistry, and he takes five times the required amount of continued education courses each year. He is currently working toward his Fellowship in Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). He is also a faculty club member at the prestigious Spears Institute for Advanced Dental Education. Dr. Altman belongs to the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Greenwich Dental Society, New York State Dental Association and American Academy of Facial Cosmetics.

In his spare time, Dr. Altman enjoys spending time with his wife and children, playing sports, and volunteering in various dental outreach programs such as Dentistry from the Heart. He also takes yearly trips with his Rotary Club to the Dominican Republic to treat underserved populations.

Dr. Stephanie Hotchkiss is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and completed her residency at University Hospital in Baltimore. Prior to her joining Greenwich Dental Group, she served as director of the Department of Dentistry at Kernan Hospital in Baltimore and director of the Hospital Dentistry Clinic at Bexar County Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Hotchkiss volunteers yearly for mission work in Honduras to treat and educate those in need of dental care. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and Greenwich Dental Society.

Dr. Marc Novak was awarded his doctorate of dental medicine (DDM) from the University of Connecticut and completed advanced restorative and surgical training at the No. 1 hospital in the state of New Jersey, Morristown Medical Center. Dr. Novak believes in a conservatively proactive approach to dentistry with a level of personal attention to patients that has become central to the philosophy of Greenwich Dental Group. His comprehensive planning is carefully crafted to treat all levels of oral healthcare in order to provide you the care and commitment that you deserve.

Dr. Novaks focus is also on continuing to educate himself within the immense field of dentistry to ensure the best results for his patients in restorative, cosmetic, and implant procedures. He prides himself on being prepared for even the most challenging case to walk through the door and leave with a beautiful result. When not seeing patients in his own practice, Dr. Novak donates his time to his alma mater, where he is a restorative dentistry clinical instructor to students and residents, focusing on preparing the next generation of great dentists. In addition, he remains a surgical attending dentist at Morristown Medical Center, where he conducts operating room sedation dentistry for patients with special needs.

Dr. Novak is a dedicated member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Greenwich Dental Society, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and the New Jersey Dental Association. Away from dentistry he enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, playing golf, and working to restore his historical family home in Rockville, CT.

Carol Vela has always had an extremely studious side, having earned her degree in elementary school education within three years from State University of New York (SUNY), Purchase. After one month as a teaching assistant, she realized it wasnt the perfect fit, so she went on to complete her dental assistant education while working for an orthodontist. After 10 years on the job, she continues to loves what she sees as an ever-evolving industry that provides her with new lessons every day. In her spare time, she loves to travel and explore different countries with her significant other Dave, as well as care for their seven chickens, from which she regularly harvests eggs to give to coworkers and friends.

Natalia Murillo is a Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) with more than seven years of experience assisting with general dentistry, prosthodontics and oral surgery. She has completed multiple dental assistant courses for sedation and general anesthesia in Chicago, Illinois, and Invisalign courses in Las Vegas, Nevada. Originally from Costa Rica, Natalia loves making her patients feel comfortable and happy and seeing them leave with smiles on their faces. Outside the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping and traveling.

Carmen Gutierrez has been with Greenwich Dental Group since 2019 and has extensive experience in both front desk duties and as a certified dental assistant (CDA). One of GDGs most versatile team members, you may see her chairside with the doctors or at the desk as you enter! Carmen is a proud mother of three boys and one fur baby. In her spare time she loves to be with her family and wander in the outdoors. Patients always enjoy her friendly, playful bearing and seeing her signature smile!

Angel Bodine is an integral part of our GDG family and has recently relocated to Connecticut from Minnesota where she lived for the last twenty-eight years, and has worked in Periodontics for the last four years. She is a mother of two children, Kyle and Angela, and is currently residing in New Canaan, CT. Angel has worked in Customer Service for over twenty-five years with Lead Concierge at Cliff Lodge, Snowbird UT, and Flight Attendant with Compass Airlines. Angel grew up with one sister and ten brothers in Manhasset Long Island. All of her family was a big influence in the lacrosse community both on Long Island and in Connecticut. In her downtime, Angel enjoys skiing, golf, and tennis.

Trheisy Ananya-Godoy, comes to GDG as a Certified Dental Assistant with 7 years of dental office management experience. Trheisy enjoys quality time with her family, her husband, and their furry friend Frida. Her hobbies are reading, coloring and cooking. She is originally from Mexico and moved to the USA when she was 10 years old in hopes of a better future. She is currently very happy working at GDG where she has created unbreakable bonds with her coworkers.

Karina is a bubbly and friendly face who welcomes you to our office as one of our scheduling coordinators. She began her journey in the dental field after getting her bachelors degree in Human Relations back in 2017. Karina is new to Connecticut, having decided to move away from the hustle and bustle of New York City. In her free time, she now likes to take on home improvement projects and host dinners for her family and friends.

Christina Fraijo was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from Diablo Valley Colleges Dental Hygiene program, and is continuing to further her education. Christina loves developing professional relationships with her patients, educating and collaborating with them to develop an optimum hygiene plan while providing a joyful and comforting atmosphere. When she is not in the office,Christina loves spending time with her longtime partner Steve and their 2 dogs Wendy and Ranger. She enjoys traveling, sports, hiking and outdoor activities.

Valerie Salvo was born in Greenwich and raised working in the dental field as an assistant behind the scenes of her fathers dental practice. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Fones School of Dental Hygiene located in Bridgeport, CT and Magna Cum Laude from SCSU with a major in Environment & Marine studies and minor in Business Management. It is through her compassion that she has been successful in giving a positive experience to her patients. Outside of the dental field She is an avid hiker, marine biology fanatic & horticulturist.

Tracy Springer has worked in the Dentistry her entire career. She graduated from University of New Haven with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Bridgeport. She was the Student President of Dental Hygiene and graduated with the highest rank in her class. She is also an instructor for CPR and First aid for Professional Rescuers and is licensed to administer local anesthesia. Outside of Greenwich Dental Group, she is a Notary Public, Certified Personal Trainer, Fitness Trainer, and Yoga Instructor, and is working towards her Taekwondo black belt! She also earned two world titles in all natural bodybuilding while raising her beloved daughter and son.
