Dr. Sundaram is motivated to be the best dentist that she can be. Her philosophy of dentistry focuses on patient-based relationships by addressing immediate concerns while maintaining optimum oral health.
Dr. Preethi Sundaram graduated with honors in 2001 from New York Universitys (NYUs) College of Dentistry located in Manhattan, NY. While at NYU she was part of the prestigious faculty practice. She earned her A.E.G.D (Advanced Education in General Dentistry) from Lutheran Medical Center and Hospital, Brooklyn NY in 2002.
Dr. Sundaram is avid in continuing education programs and believes the art of dentistry is a lifelong learning process. She is certified with Invisalign for orthodontic treatments and has spent countless hours in continuing education. She is certified in Oral sedation and dedicated to providing quality care with a gentle touch. She takes great interest in educating and motivating her patients to maintain good oral health.
Dr. Sundaram in her leisure loves to spend time with her son and daughter. Her other interest are to swim, snorkel, meditate, golf, garden and cook. She is also a proud Washington Redskins fan and loves that the office is able to support and cheerfor an NFL team in her local area.
Dr. Sanjeev Bhatia graduated from the University of Lucknow in India and then went on to obtain his Masters degree concentrating in Oral Surgery- from King Georges Medical and Dental College. Dr. Bhatia carried out his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency in New York at the Brooklyn Hospital Center and Cornell School of Medical Sciences.
Dr. Bhatia is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Academy of Implant Dentistry, the British Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the Indian Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the International Simplant Academy, and also the Academy of Osseointegration.
Dr Sanjeev Bhatia trained for Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the prestigious The Brooklyn Hospital Center and associated Cornell School of Medical Sciences, New York 2008 He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Loma Linda University, California 2001, where he was elected to the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor society for his scholastic and clinical achievements .He completed his training and examinations in England to become a Fellow in Dental Surgery of The Royal College of Surgeons of England. He has a Masters in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery from King Georges Medical and Dental College, India.
His experience include specializing in placing implants, bone preservation/augmentation, wisdom teeth removal, IV sedation, Orthognathic surgery. His areas of interest are reconstruction of edentulous arches based on advanced complex bone grafting and reconstructive procedures, 3-D treatment planning, pre-prosthetic, perio-plastic surgery and use of laser technology. He and his team are of the few of the specialists who perform All on 4 teeth in a day implant based full mouth reconstruction in this area.
Being a dental assistant has been my passion as I love helping people stay healthy. I am a mother of three beautiful girls and I enjoy spending my time with my family. We go to church almost every day. I moved to United States when I was 14 years old and decided to study to become a dental assistant because of the opportunity to help others. I love working here at Greenway Smiles.
Jacqueline has been working as a dental assistant since September 2016. She likes to spend her free time with her husband, watching cartoons and anime, read, travel to different places and meet new people. She became a dental assistant because she was afraid of the Dentist like many people. After spending time in school and beginning to work with Dr. Sundaram shes says that shes not afraid anymore. Shes learned the importance of proper dental hygiene. Shes now able to help other people understand and not feel scared like she used to. She loves being a dental assistant at Greenway Smiles.
Michelle has been working in the dental field for more than five years. Since January 2017 shes been at Greenway Smiles working as the front desk manager. Prior to working in the dental industry Michelle worked for the government in the Air Force helping in the medical field. She is happily married with two gorgeous boys. Both of which are attending college. On her off time Michelle enjoys taking walks with her husband, cooking, reading educational books, exercising, hiking, dancing and a bit of Zumba. More than anything she loves working at Greenway Smiles because of the relationships that she has built with her coworkers and patients.
Kavitha has been working at greenway smiles since September 2015. She started as a part time payment poster and then joined as a full time front desk/billing associate. She loves her job and enjoys serving patients and help courteously with any of their requests . She is happily married and a loving mom of a high school girl. Loves to cook, watch movies and play with her pet dog.
Liz is our hygienist and has worked in the dental field in many capacities for over 35 years. She enjoys promoting preventative dental health in a caring, gentle manner. As a native Long Islander, she loves the beach! She is married and has 2 married children and 5 grandchildren in Virginia. She enjoys spending time with her husband on their motorcycle. She keeps busy with her mother in law and grandchildren. Her grandchildren are a constant source of activity and pride. She enjoys working at Greenway Smiles and the relationships she has developed with Dr. Sundaram, her patients and staff over the past 7 years.

Very excited to share my recent experience with Greenwaysmiles. This is my first time here and had to get root canal done. I am very impressed that I did not have any pain after the treatment and even after local anesthesia worn out. Didn't have to take a lot of pain killers. The procedure was smooth and kudos to the staff who made sure I was doing ok all throughout. Appreciate Dr.Preeti and the team for making me feel comfortable and detailed explanation of the process. Definitely recommend Greenway Smiles for all those considering root canal but little hesitant of the procedure or pain.

I was so lucky to find so wonderful dentist staff. Dr Preethi Sundaram is patient and compassionate. Jackie, Heidi, and Kavita are a great asset. They all treat you as family. I come from shenandoah county because of the great service and the kindness as well as the wonderful job they do taking care of my teeth and health. THERE IS NOT A BETTER PLACE! A friend of mine referred me to Dr Sundaram of Greenway Smiles, when it was kind of emergency with terrible dental pain. Dr Sundaram immediately took care of the dental issue and put me out of the pain. Since then I have been their patient and is greeted with smiles always. The entire team at Greenway Smles is friendly, cooperative and have immense patience!! I must say I made new friends like Dr Sundaram, Hygienist Lavanya and their stuff. I wish I knew them early on but its always better late than never ....

Greenway smiles is friendly are always very friendly with us. Recently had my wisdom tooth removal and Dr. Sundaram was so efficient. I end up spending 15 minutes and she was so quick to remove my wisdom. I will definitely recommend Dr. Sundaram to all my friends.

Love Greenway Smiles and the whole team! I've been coming here for many years and always have a great experience. The staff is friendly and caring and Dr. Sundaram is always very personable and positive. I rarely went to the dentist growing up so I was nervous when I started going as an adult for fear of pain and judgment. Everyone at Greenway Smiles makes me feel comfortable and my teeth and gums have never been healthier and looked better. Not only am I not nervous to go, but I look forward to seeing everyone there. I highly recommend visiting their beautiful office and getting the five star treatment I receive each time!

Warm friendly pain-free experience. Had 5 teeth extracted no problems no pain great people very accommodating all around great experience would recommend it to anybody. This is the best dentist I have been to ever. I hate dentists and I have avoided going to dentists because I suffer so much pain when I have my teeth worked on. Dr. Sundaram made it pain free to maximum extent possible. She does not rush the process. Highly recommend her to be your dentist.
