Dr.L was wonderful even told me I could call him Mike I was super nervous and didn't know what to expect,but the entire staff from the front desk to all the girls in the back were fantastic,literally only a pinch of pain was felt,and then it was over...Some soreness bc it's only been 4 days since the procedure but immediate pain relief!Thank yall so much!

I had a great experience. Dr. Wong is a great clinician, very thorough and a great teacher. I saw images he'd taken of my teeth that were amazingly detailed. He then talked me through his findings, showing me corresponding images as he spoke. I found the discomfort of the procedure minimal. Post procedure pain control was managed very well with innovative non drowsy med management! His staff is awesome too. They greeted me at reception and I knew I was in the right place! I have another issue that will require expert intervention by Dr. Wong in the next couple of months. I look forward to the experience!

Very courteous and got me in to help fix my infected prior root canal very fast. They did a great job following up with me after my procedures. I would highly recommend them to anybody that unfortunately needs a root canal.

Honestly, I was concerned and very tired of the tooth pain and previously seen two general dentists which both recommended that I see a specialist. I scheduled a quick appointment with Dr. L. The staff was caring and professional and Dr. L. was very thorough with his exam pinpointing the elusive tooth in question. He was gentle from start to finish completing a root canal saving my tooth which I was initially persistent with the other two dentists to extract. Highly recommend.

Poor communication. Tried to set up and schedule appointment with them. Set over my information via text as per her instructions no responses after texting yet again. I live out of town and trying to get this done for my son. Her story changes to send via email two weeks later. Then don't send me your text number if you can't or don't communicate thru it.

Just recently got my root canal done and Dr Wong and his assistant were very nice. They did an awesome job and it didn't take that long either. I can't forget about the ladies at the front desk either because they were also very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. Also if I ever needed another root canal I would definitely come back.

I honestly cannot thank this office enough for making me feel so comfortable and welcome. I was so nervous when I first went in but was assured all of my anxieties were for nothing. Literally the most painless procedure I have ever experienced. You're in good hands here with Dr Loftis. His assistant (I never caught her name) was extremely nice too. Thanks for everything!

I had my first root canal performed here. I went in with dread from all the horror stories I've heard others tell about getting a root canal. When I arrived everyone was exceptionally friendly. The staff took care of me and was very helpful during my visits. Dr. Loftis was very friendly and explained everything to me. I feel like he really had my comfort as priority. He made all my fear and anxiety go away. The process was fairly fast and painless. They even thoroughly went over the after care with me to make sure I knew what I have to do. If I ever need to have another one (knock on wood that I don't) I won't hesitate to choose Greenville Root Canal Specialists.

Everyone I met in the office was extremely nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Loftis explained every procedure thoroughly prior to and during my root canal. I would definitely use them again...although I hope I won't need them again!

Really loved Dr. Mike! I've had bad dental experiences in the past so I was nervous when going into my appointment, but right away Dr. Mikes demeanor and down to earth personality made me feel comfortable. He takes the time to explain things and that also goes a long way when you're nervous about what may happen. I highly recommend Greenville Root Canal Specialist over the other one in Greenville area! GRCS staff is very friendly and welcoming, whereas the front desk staff at the other in Greenville is completely opposite!

I was seen the day after my Dentist office called. Everyone was very kind, and I felt Dr Wong was very capable. His bedside manner was wonderful! He explained things well! I did have to stop him twice for pain, but he listened and addressed that! So far, just a slight tenderness left, no real pain. I appreciate Dr Wong, and his Staff!
