The Greenville Rancheria is currently located in the Indian Valley at the 3,500 foot level in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California. The Rancheria lies about three miles east of Greenville, California, which has a population of 2000. The tribal government offices have historically been located in Redding, Red Bluff and Greenville, and are currently in Greenville. The Rancheria runs a medical and dental facility in Greenville and Red Bluff to serve tribal and non tribal persons.
The native inhabitants of Plumas, Tehama and surrounding counties, occupied the Feather River region, Sacramento region and its many tributaries. The terrain is mostly forested ridges dotted with high lakes and green valleys. Big Meadows is now Lake Almanor. Indian Valley, Genesee, American and Sierra valleys are now occupied by Plumas County settlements, but once were occupied solely by the Tribe. The areas to the east, namely Mohawk and Sierra valleys were claimed for hunting grounds, containing few, if any, permanent villages due to heavy winter snow. During snow season, the Tribe moved west to Paynes Creek and to the Sacramento River Region.

We lost the Rancheria over a year ago to the Dixie fire and as of today (10/4/22) there are still no dental clinic available and now it's a 6 hour round trip (w/gas over $6/gallon) to be seen even for a cleaning! Where did all the Dixie/Covid $$$$ go?? Certainly not to the health and welfare of IV & Plumas County residents who depend on those services. The Red Bluff clinic should close their doors in shame.....they treat everyone horribly IF they can bother to speak to you. Small hint.....avoid Ivy behind the desk at all costs....unless you enjoy being degraded.

They should be shut down. Unprofessional. Cancelations are ridiculous and they put you at the back of the line. They tell you to come I'm at 745 they'll see you then LIE about it. Just because it's medical doesn't justify HORRIBLE service. By the time you can be seen for what started as a simple filling becomes an extraction

They have literally lost their their customer service. I don't know what's been happening but it's pretty messed up my kids and my husband haven't been able to be seen because they keep rescheduling their appointments and putting them for way farther out my kids and husband haven't been able to be seen in almost a year because they keep rescheduling and putting them off even though we scheduled the appointments and then they call us to reschedule and then we still have to wait months and months out because they keep rescheduling us they really need to learn how to work on customer service and getting their schedules organized because this is becoming really ridiculous

Try to get you in and out with courteous service. They also let your kids know how important brushing is and call them on their laziness.

This place is the worst place I've ever gone to as I stood in line a lady came in for an appointment they had to reschedule because of their own mistake and she traveled far and she was crying I was there 15 minutes early it took them 30 minutes to do the paperwork then they told me they must reschedule because it took so long what it was the office fault for taking so long they are making people travel far and spend money that they don't have to get an appointment that they won't give I would suggest you find other places if these people are not concerned about the community in their well-being and they shouldn't get our business

It's been over a year and half since they started my dentures! I do understand i missed a couple phone calls due to my lack of answering the phone but a year and half is EXTREMELY unexceptable... Other than that the dental office was incredibly friendly to my children and I!!! THANK YOU SOOO MUCH!!!

Nice place went pretty quick as well plus they have a special program for crowns so that's very nice the dentist was very respectful and kind and gave me a great referral for my wisdom teeth in Redding sadly they can't do my root canal but other than that this place is a good 1

Absolutely FANTASTIC TEAM! I had a tough molar extracted 3 days ago and I have experienced barely any pain and NO complications. Thank you Dr. HANEIS. YOU ARE WONDERFUL
