After graduating from high school, Ethan attended Malone University, where he earned a B.S. in Nursing. Upon graduation, Ethan worked as a nurse in the cardiothoracic ICU at Duke University before enrolling in the Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia at UNC Greensboro, where he received a M.S. in Nursing Nurse Anesthesia. Since 2010, Ethan has worked at one of the Upstates leading healthcare systems, where he provides general and regional anesthesia care to patients with wide-ranging needs. When hes not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Ashley, running Spartan Races and attending Fellowship Presbyterian in Greer.
Eric was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. After finishing high school, Eric attended Case Western University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Nursing. After graduating from Case Western, Eric worked for a large academic hospital in Cleveland before relocating to Pittsburgh where he attended and, ultimately, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a M.S. in Nursing Nurse Anesthesia. Eric has won a number of academic and professional awards over the course of his career. During his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife Shanita and his two daughters Kayla and Kylie. They attend Brookwood Church in Simpsonville.
For starters, Im terrified of the dentist- I literally hadnt seen one in a few years. I started having some major pain and was directed to see a dentist that offered sedation. I looked online for anywhere that would put me completely under instead of the laughing gas method, I found this place.
Long story short, I have easily have the worst case scenario going on with my teeth. The process of getting them all fixed, well lets say its going to be a few years. I had to rush some work to hit my insurance before the end of the year, but I didnt have enough to cover the sedation I went in with just being numbed. Needless to say, I was trembling the entire time. At the end of the day- I had never experienced or witnessed anyone take such measures to make certain that I was comfortable.
Dr. Harris and staff are amazing. The staff is the most friendly Ive ever seen. My treatment plan was easy to understand and follow. I have a lot of anxiety about dental work, however, with the sedation options, they offer I can easily get my dental work completed while I sleep!
This is a great dentist. I had to have extensive dental work done on my teeth after not being able to see a dentist for almost a decade. I am terrified of the dentist, and I would avoid them until my teeth fell out, if only they wouldnt hurt so bad. The only reason I came in to his office is because he promised to knock me out with sedatives to work on my teeth. So far I have had four cavities and eight crowns with two of them being root canals, and they all look great. There are no visible edges to the cavities or huge gaps in the crowns. (And they dont look like ugly marshmallows!) On top of that, the staff here is very friendly and patient even when you arent, lol. My previous dentist did some very bad work, and Im glad to find a dentist who can fix the horrible ridges on my old fillings and other not-so-good-looking teeth. This is the only dentist I feel comfortable recommending to all of my friends and family. Coming from a man who hates all dentists, thats a pretty big deal.
Dr. Roger Harris, or Trey as most of his friends know him, moved to Greenville from Raleigh as a teenager. Since then hes been proud to call the Upstate of South Carolina his home. Shortly after his family relocated to the area, Trey met Jill, who became his high school sweetheart, then his wife. Trey and Jill have been married for over 20 years and have four children: Roger, Anna Kate, Elizabeth, and Sarahand a pet dog named Carrie.
Dr. Harris is a graduate of Clemson University, where he also studied masters level microbiology before attending dental school at the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston. Dr. Harris has practiced dentistry mainly in the Upstate for the past 15 years.
A few years ago, Jay Martin, a friend of Treys asked him to train and run with him to check running a full marathon off his bucket list. Their adventure inspired the two friends to make a rather unusual commitment: run 50 marathons in all 50 states before they both turn 50.
They started in Baltimore in 2006 and only have 5 states remaining. They plan to finish with races in Hawaii and California the last year. The friends were featured in the Winter 2013 issue ofPace Running Magazine, a running magazine for Greenville and beyond.
In addition to his interest in fitness, Dr. Harris serves his community in various ways. Hes helped coach his daughters Furman United soccer team for eight years and is an assistant scoutmaster for his sons Boy Scout troop. Dr. Harris and his family are active members of Edwards Road Baptist Church where Trey serves on the missions committee and has participated in short-term mission trips to Nicaragua, Venezuela, Brazil, Romania, and Nigeria.
When asked what his greatest desire is, he answers sincerely, My primary motivation is to care for my clients and patients, to meet their needs. I hopein the end Ill be best known for acts of kindness and generosity.

This practice is heaven sent! I'm new to the area and I was in need of dental work. They are close to where I live and I read their reviews. Nothing prepared me for the genuine warmth and empathy that I felt as soon as I was greeted. Missy ensured I felt safe and understood everything that was being done and what needed to be done. I felt touched by an angel and I'm so greatful! Now I have a dental practice whom I trust and can rely on without a doubt!

Dr. Harris and his team did a root canal for me. I opted for the IV sedation. Did not feel a thing during the procedure. I'm very pleased with the service I received and would recommend Greenville Family Dentistry to anyone looking for a great dentist. Dr. Harris and everyone I dealt with are very kind and caring. I had my first visit with Greenville Family Dentistry the other week. I experience anxiety and was nervous about going to the dentist. My (new favorite) dental hygienist, Angie, made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. It was exactly what I needed! I had a small filling done and it was quick. Dr. Harris did an awesome job and it was totally painless. Andrea was the dental assistant and she was so wonderful as she made me feel comfortable. I love this dental office. From the moment you walk in, the staff is very warm and friendly and so professional. Beautiful dental clinic and super super clean!!!

I've been a patient of Greenville Family Dentistry for almost 7 years. I will never go anywhere else- I've found my forever Dentist office! The staff is very caring and always put you at ease, you never need to dread going because they always make sure you are relaxed and comfortable ! Dr. Harris is kind, funny, compassionate and makes you feel like you and your dental concerns are the most important thing in the world to him, because it's true. Please stop looking for a dentist and go to Greenville Family Dentistry- you'll be so glad you did! And then you'll have your forever dentist too- like me!!

I drive the extra miles to go to GFD. The staff is professional, friendly and highly skilled. Be aware, tooth killer is here. I had a small fix there called "build up" on 9/29/2022. That tooth got infected and became painful. I feel pity for my tooth. It did not bother me much (no pain but a very tiny chip off). Now it has to go through root canal and crown processes.
