First time going here; office is beautiful. Everyone was very nice and quick at their tasks. My son was in and out and I was happy to get his teeth done the same day. They even give a token at the end that kids get to use for the toy machines; so cute! I may change from my original Pediactric dentistry. The doctor was very nice and informal as well; encouraging my son during the visit.

Began bringing my son here as it was highly recommended by his pediatrician. All staff are very professional and friendly. Appointments always run in a timely manner. Office is extremely neat and clean. I honestly have never had a negative experience here and my son has been a patient for almost 9 years.

In love with Dr.Neal! He is a wonderful dentist . Very nice and patient with my kid . My son has autism and I've been to so many different dentist offices and this by far is the best one ! Thank you so much for your services .

Office staff was wonderful. The Dentist however had no patience. My daughter had sedation and the doctor was still so aggressive. He even talked to me as if I was a child. When other dentist recommend I quickly tell them to please send us somewhere else. We never went back.

Do not bring your child here. My poor daughter came In for a tooth extraction for a molar and had the most unpleasant experience. Dr. Neel pulled this tooth in the most unethical way possible. On arrival, the front end has no sense of welcoming. When we were brought back to our tx room, they gave my daughter strawberry laughing gas. They did not wait for it to take effect. They immediately put a numbing paste in her gum. Didn't wait for that to take effect. Placed the needle for numbing and my daughter is screaming. Let's make this clear, I have the toughest 7 year old who takes pain like a champ. This was torture. Then within seconds, they start pulling this molar. My child was screaming, shaking, and sweating with blood shot eyes. When it was over, the Dr said all done and was trying to walk out. I ask, is that the best you could have numbed her. His response was yes, she had a full syringe, we do half for fillings. After that, the nurse starts to walk out and I stopped her to ask about the care for this extraction. "Oh, put gauze in it." I had to tell her to give me enough for the car ride home. She had attitude with that. My child's mouth was bleeding like a running faucet. She hands my child a coin and tells her to get a prize and walks off. My child is, at this point, devastated and confused. This all happened in less than ten minutes. And to top it off, the receptionist denied giving my child a drs note for the next day. "We can only give you one for today since we only have seen you today." She told me. If you want to traumatize your babies, go ahead and bring them to this hell. $500 for ten minutes of torture is all they want.

I really like this dentist office. They do a great job with making the kids comfortable, showing them the instruments before they start the procedures and talk them through what's happening. I also like the praise and encouragement they give while working which helps keep them comfortable and NOT scared of the dentist. My kids ask about going back to the dentist. The "treat bags" are a plus too.

My children have been patients for 10 years. The entire staff (from the front desk to Dr. Neel) are always welcoming and pleasant. Great office. Highly recommended!

Changed insurance after being there 9 years and no flexibility with us. Our new insurance paid them more than our old plan, but still wanted full amount even over what was reasonable and customary. So wasn't enough to be paid more through insurance, since we were now "out of network" they charged us the maximum they could even though they were already getting more than before. I would of understood if they were getting paid less, but they were making more and just said pay the maximum or leave. So we left. Greed over loyalty to patients.
