Dr Chou and Dr Chou were my family's dentists for many years but both retired. We decided to continue going to the dentist that took over their practice....Dr Patel. We are very pleased with everything. Everyone is super friendly. Had some cavities and all went well with fixing them.

I really love this dentist. I've gotten about 9 cavities fixed by Dr. Patel and he is always kind, gentle, and makes the entire process easy. Honestly sometimes I get tired and almost drift off to sleep as he does it. I am very fearful of the numbing injection but somehow with Dr. Patel it doesn't even hurt. I would highly recommend going here for all of your tooth needs!

Update for my third appointment with Dr. Patel. It was probably my best experience ever, teeth cleaned by Bella who really is the best at her job, and checked by Dr. Patel in a half hour or so and the parking lot was almost full when I got there at 8:30. They have changed their procedures to where they will now file my insurance. I'm very impressed and happy with Greensboro Ivory Dental! I highly recommend their services! Update: I had my 2nd appointment with Dr. Patel and I had the pleasure of having Bella as my dental hygienist. Bella is the absolute best! She took her time and explained things I did not know and I've been going to the dentist for many, many years. For one she doesn't complain that she has to scrape coffee or tea stains off your teeth. She genuinely cares for her patients and it shows. The same can be said for Dr. Patel. I drive an hour for my dentist appointments and it is well worth it. I first became a patient with Dr. Chou through Groupon several years ago. The staff makes every visit a very pleasant experience. They take their time and only perform major procedures when absolutely necessary. The name has changed and Dr. Patel is my new dentist now but the experience is the same. I highly recommend Greensboro Ivory Dental if you are looking for dental services.

I am a first time new patient I was very happy that an appointment was scheduled the very next day after calling the day before, customer at service was great during check-in/ check-out. The doctor carefully selected a treatment plan that was right for me. His assistant also explain to me the pros and cons and showed me different images of partials just as well. I also like in the patient lobby/ waiting area the comfortable seating just as well as the hot and cold beverages and light snacks to help you relax and soothe your mind of any anxiety of seeing a dentist for the first time. Greensboro ivory dental location is in a great spot with Ample parking. I would recommend Dr. Pratik to family and friends. Thank you for a warm welcoming on my first visit.
