Dr. Benjamin Chang graduated from the New York University - College of Dentistry. He has been practicing dentistry since 1997 and has been serving the Seattle community for over 20 years. He also taught at the University of Washington School of Dentistry for six years and enjoys working with his Dental Team to continually stay in the know about the latest dental technology. Dr. Chang is a gentle and relaxed dentist who cares for the well being of his patients, and during his free time likes to travel and ski.
Dr. Rodolfo Rodriguez truly enjoys meeting people and building meaningful relationships. His experience lies in achieving solid results in advanced dental procedures while communicating effectively with patients to explain treatment options and facilitate outstanding patient experiences. He believes that the patient-doctor relationship is a two-way street that involves active listening and thoughtful engagement, and always discussing treatment options in detail.
Dr. Rodriguez graduated from Maurice H. Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University in Philadelphia. He brings creativity and draws on a reservoir of ingenuity which give him the necessary tools to provide the most contemporary and evidence-based solutions to his patients.
Dr. Rodriguez was born and raised in Cuba, where he developed a lifelong enthusiasm for the outdoors and passion for the tropical weather. Dr. Rodriguez also enjoys expanding his worldview through travel and interaction with other cultures, spending time abroad with his family and his girlfriend, Beverley. He is committed to service and community health at home and internationally, having traveled twice to Guatemala for missions trips to provide dental health care to remote communities. He loves the office setting, the neighborhood, and of course the patients.
Hisako was born and raised in Japan. Her entire career was devoted to dentistry. She was a dental hygienist in Japan, trained to be a dental assistant after moving to Seattle and now enjoying her position as an office manager. She has been working for Dr. Chang for 17 years. She enjoys meeting new people and establishing great relationship with the patients. She is married and has two sons. When she is not working, she enjoys watching their crew team competitions and football games.
Rita was born and raised in Seattle and have been passionate about all things dental since She was 5 years old. She graduated from dental assisting school in 2010. She has been working front desk for nearly 7 years now. She specializes in understanding insurance plans, helping patients maximize their benefits, and understand their coverage. When not in the office, she loves to spend time with her two children and large family.
Jennifer is kind and compassionate dental assistant and natural born leader. Her experience and skills come to span over four years of being dental field. She cherishes the relationship she builds with patients like you. Jennifer enjoys outcomes of a smile and a patients confidence level after a visit of time. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her kids as well as singing and dancing.
Eseta was born in American Samoa and raised in Kent, Washington. She graduated from the UW studying Public Health-Global Health in 2021 and is interested in health and community care. She has been interested in dentistry since she was young and has been enjoying her time as a dental assistant thus far. Outside of work, Eseta enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, playing volleyball, and eating pho.
Nouwar is a goal-oriented, international dental professional and expanded function dental assistant with extensive experience across multiple specialties. Accomplished and energetic with solid love for clinical dentistry. Motivated easy going dental assistant. Earned his BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) in 2015 from MSA University/Greenwich University in London. Been in the dental field for the past 10 years and loves to explain to his patients all dental procedures and promote optimum oral health. Nouwar lived in 4 different countries and finally settled in the US and visited 25 countries and enjoy sharing his experience. He provides high quality dental work with his knowledge and experience. He speaks Arabic and English and can say hi to you in French. Outside of work, he likes to mix and produce music, he also likes working out, traveling, spending time with family, friends, co-workers and volunteer at food lifeline.
Leah is Washingtonian, born and raised in State of Washington. Leahs professional work and attention to detail, troubleshooting and soft skills has been asset for our office since she joined the team in 2019. Leah is always friendly, motivated and ready to greet you with her warm smile. Beside her work, she likes dancing, hiking and snuggling with her cats.

Professional, Courteous and Experienced in dental care. During the course of my cleaning I was regularly informed as to what the technician was doing and was also educated on what I can do to take better care of my teeth and gums. The dental technician was extremely thorough and I immediately felt and saw the difference in my mouth. I am very pleased with this practice.

I came here 2 years ago, and left feeling swindled. I was honestly too angry to write a review, but enough time has passed that I can now write about my experience objectively. I came here for a dental cleaning, which is completely covered by my insurance. The cleaning procedure was fine, though not as thorough as at my previous dental facility. The reason for the 1 star review is that they charged me a large sum for a paste they used during the cleaning (I think it was fluoride). During the procedure, the hygienist said something to the effect of "I will now apply this paste" and I didn't object. But she didn't tell me that it was going to be at an extra cost. All my previous cleanings at the Mukilteo Dental Center had been completely covered, and I was not expecting to pay so much money for less than an ounce of some paste. I was so angry, specially because I had gone after I got laid off (I went for one last procedure before my insurance expired) and I talked to the Dr. and the hygienist about it. I was at a low moment, they knew it, and they still took financial advantage of me. I write this in the hope that other patients don't have a similar experience.

Dunno how this place has so many high reviews after my experience. The equipment was dirty looking and the dental light was covered in gunk. I didn't see Dr Chang but some other guy who was wearing a UW Dental scrub which seemed unprofessional. It was, he barely cleaned my teeth, just the area around my gums and didn't even proceed with a polishing. I was really bummed out after my experience and had my imaging transferred elsewhere right after.

The team at Greenlake Dental is friendly, efficient, gentle, and knowledgeable. I've worked with a few different hygienists and have liked them all. They also seem to use some state-of-the-art technology that I hadn't experienced before at other offices.

Dr. Chang did my root canal and was amazing! He made sure I was still doing okay during the procedure and was very reassuring. The dental assistant, Jenn, also did a great job! Highly recommend this office.

My first visit at Greenlake was exceptional! Dr Rodriguez was super friendly and professional his Assistent was amazing. This has been my first visit where legit everything is being explained why and what they do ! Some minor issues from my side with the insurance was so well and nicely handled Highly recommend to come here !!! Everyone is very friendly and it feels very welcoming being there !

Dr. Rodriguez was so gentle cleaning my teeth, and they feel so good now. They have a giant tv screen where they show you your teeth on the screen and I was amazed to see a cavity sitting there looking all gross. I love the tv screen! I really like this dentist office and have been going there for three years. Nothing but good experiences. Also, this last cavity Dr. Kirkland did was so easy! She did a perfect job of numbing my mouth and not getting that nasty tasting prenumbing solution all over like other doctors have done.
