First let me say, this is probably the best dental office I have ever been to in my life. Dr. Blog is friendly and most importantly honest. In 2022 we all are tight for money so a dentist that does not rush to work that might be unnecessary and expensive is a blessing. The office is clean and has comfortable furniture. The staff is lovely and friendly and they joke with you and make you feel relaxed. We all have a little fear of the dentist and when everyone tries to make you feel at home it's appreciated. Still just because they are light hearted and friendly every one was professional and amazing at their job. I went into the office do to chronic pain on my lower right side. They found an unknown root of a wisdom tooth left in my jaw that "could" be the source of my pain. But Dr Blog said it could also be from me grinding my teeth and advised I replace my mouth guard with a new dental guard. I was cavity free with healthy gums and a 25 dollar Oral B dental guard could fix my issue.

Experienced low quality care there. Office manager's unprofessional behavior made it clear that it was time to move on.

I went there one time and I will never go back again. The receptionist was very rude and unprofessional. It was my very first time at this clinic and when they call my 12 year old son I automatically got up to got back with him. They immediately stopped me very rudely & said that I was not allowed to go back with my son & when I asked why they told me he's a big boy he'll be fine. I expressed that I didn't not like that and I still don't understand why they ( the 2 ladies behind the desk started laughing like it was some type of joke that I wanted to be by my son's side. No we will not be going back.

i went here while I had state insurance; yes, i was apprehensive bc of what that might represent, but then I Thought to myself, all dentists should be relatively good. I was dead wrong. Plus, at the time, I didn't have the $ to go somewhere professional. Apparently there is a reason that this dental offices accept this insurance and its bc no other insurances are willing to do business w/ barely licensed dentists, or those who have malpractice suits/suspensions on their license. Making it very hard for them to get any clients besides those in my situation. I had to get a tooth pulled and my god it was the worst experience ever. They came in, didn't say 1 word and never ever stitched up the gums to stop the bleeding. The blood loss was so bad I eventually went to an ER where they looked at my mouth and were shocked they didn't take the time to stick it closed. Apparently, it would've taken 2 seconds. To add to that, everyone I know who's had a tooth pulled has left their dentist office w/ minimal to NO bleeding after the fact. This place didn't even give me f'ing instructions besides a useless print out. God forbid they couldve spoken to their clients. Another note, they intentionally do Xrays unnecessarily to bill the state. I came in 3x in one week and they took 4 sets of xrays. Why couldn't they use the ones taken early that week? Don't ask me, bc they're crooks!

I went here for 6 months. The staff was highly incompetent. Everytime I called, they didn't have my information, claimed I wasn't a patient and needed to come in for full diagnostic appt (idk what it's called). And I'd say, I literally just did that, then they'd call back and acknowledge this..it was exhausting. Then, the actual quality of work was well, terrible. Previous dentists I had always took a lot of time and care,this 1 I was in and out in under a minute for supposedly 2 cavities. My next appt was a cleaning. At no time was any determination made about a future treatment plan, or if I had cavities in need of work... Nothing. I asked the girl and she said talk to him. (Blong) umm he told me to talk to the front desk?? Like they know? Eventually, I called and they said I needed 2 cavities filled... But by then I'd seen another dentist elsewhere who broke down everything I actually needed which was: 2 crowns, 8 cavities and 1 root canal so,let's see 2 cavities here compared to ALL that at a thorough dentist office. Scary.. run

Worst dentist ever. Please if you respect yourself don't go here. Wouldn't go again and kick myself for being stupid enough to have gone.

I have lived in Greenfield for over 30 years. I've been trying to find a new dentist to replace one that I've been going to for over 20 years. The last 7 years it's been short of a nightmare until I called Greenfield Optimal Dental. First I would like to say the receptionist was outstanding treated me like I was a family member. Once I came in for my appointment which she got me in within days I was overwhelmed by the treatment by the hygienist very informative and friendly then the doctor came in to check me over and he also was outstanding they have earned my business for life. At 58 years old it's nice to see that customer service still does exist in the dental field my hat's off to the complete staff thank you so much for taking good care of me !

This dental clinic has been a blessing! From emergency appointments to routine care, the dentist and his hygienists are 100% committed to you. I would recommend this dental clinic 1000 times! Joel and Dr Warner are amazing!! Very clean, no wait time but maybe 5 minutes and very honest! I have had bad dental experiences which created dentist anxiety but never here. Thank you Greenfield Optimal for being the best!!

The hygienist Debbie was really great! Very thorough cleaning, no pain, nothing bad at all! The dentist, Dr. Blong was not only very nice but happy and friendly! Already scheduled for more work. It seems he set this clinic up to work on a lot of Medicaid patients, he explained to me how he saw the need. The Receptionists were friendly and polite, a welcoming experience! It took less than a week to get in! If you know of anyone needing what seems to be really good but also takes Medicaid, send them there!

I called to set up a first appointment for my kids, when I asked questions about a procedure for my kids, the receptionist became very defensive at my questions, told me that I should find another dentist and hung up on me.

Very fast, painless & efficient. Liked that the Doctor did a good job pulling my tooth, when other's made excuses & always rescheduled me. It shows this Dentist has many years of experience. He also kindly explained what was going on with my teeth, that other Dentist didn't. Had an overall great experience & would definitely recommend.
