I highly recommend Dr. Greenfield. He has performed several procedures for me. I was very comfortable with the care. Dr. Greenfield is very professional & takes time to explain the procedures. His dental assistant is very knowledgeable. The office staff is helpful. The offices are spotless.

I only trust Dr greenfield to do the extensive work on my gums . When he used the word LAZER I got scared and left , and forgot to tell him I wouldn't trust anyone else but him! I'll be calling him asap to schedule my surgery!

Went here many years ago was told I had many cavities. After two fillings i refused to return for more and went to another dentist who said I had nothing wrong.

During the Pandemic I was trying to arrange my health appointments as the first office visit of the day by waiting a month or even 2 months for an appointment. February 2021 I made an appointment, with Lisa, for March at 10 am with Dr. Greenfield's office. I was to be the first patience seen. When I arrived, to my surprise, I found my appointment was changed to a later time and there was 2 people before me. I continued with the visit because I had a problem with my gums. After seeing the doctor, he advise I do a cleaning, therefore, I made a cleaning appointment for May 26 at 10am to be the first office visit. On May18, I received a call from Lisa, offering me a 2:00 PM cancellation appointment, which confused me. I told her I was to be the first visit on May 26, and she replied, you will be the second visit. I asked Lisa why my appointment was changed and she told me to call back and talk to Cheryl. On May 19 I called to talk to Cheryl and explained to her that my appointment was changed twice and I wanted her to look into the matter. She didn't apologize or express any concern about what had been done. I will be notifying my husband's union since what happened, I believe, is the have preferential treatment to certain patience.

Best Dental appointment I ever had. Doctor Greenfield really sympathizes with your dental issues. He informs you of your options and calls you back directly on the phone; if you have further questions. Doctor Greenfield explains the process of the procedure and takes care in assisting with pain management. I did not feel any pain during or after the surgery.

Nasty front desk. Rude and talked over me. Felt very disrespected. All I wanted was an amount to pay. 1 girl said 1 thing and the other rudely said another. I was angry & frustrated. Miss nasty wouldn't even let me talk. For the amount of money I was about to spend there you don't talk to people like that. The doctor was of no help either. When I explained what happened with my phone call, and yes I was livid, I was told I have too much work to be done to go somewhere else. Basically brushed me off. Glad I am going somewhere else. Very UNPROFESSIONAL.

Front desk personnel are very rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment today, showed up on time, but refused/denied me to see the doctor because of arrogant , rude front desk clerk Cherryl who refused to admit her mistake to interpret insurance coverage. Cherryl insisted me to pay the $25 yearly deductible first in order to see the doctor. I explained her I already met the yearly $25 deductible and I will pay again if the insurance company says so; I called the insurance company on the spot and Cherryl verified with the insurance company that I already met the yearly deductible. Instead of being apologetic, Cherryl cancel my today's appointment and want to reschedule after 45 days. I was very upset and frustrated because of clerk's stupidity and stubbornness and pointed her that my appointment should not have been cancelled at the first place. At the end they decided not to give me any appointment at all and insisted to leave the office immediately. It should be noted that Dr. Greenfield sided with the rude clerk instead of admitting their office mistake. They are very greedy and wanted to rip me off. I would not recommend anyone to this doctor
