After receiving a BS in Biology from St. Lawrence University, he attended State University of New York at Buffalo Dental School and graduated in 1982 with his DDS degree. Following a year-long General Practice Residency at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Richmond, Virginia, he returned to Central New York and opened this practice with Dr. Miller.
As a member of the Onondaga County Dental Society, New York State Fifth District Dental Society and American Dental Association, Dr. Greene keeps up to date on the many advancements in dental care, attending the sponsored continuing education courses.
Chittenango has been home for the Greene family for the past 20 plus years, where he and his wife, Barbara, live with their many rescued pets. When not maintaining their home or caring for the critters, they enjoy watching and helping their two young adult daughters', Elizabeth and husband Tommy, and Katherine, lives unfold.
Dr. Miller attended State University of New York at Buffalo School of Dentistry and received his DDS degree in 1982. After a one-year residency program at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Buffalo, he moved to Syracuse and worked in a dental office in Camillus for a number of years before partnering with Dr. Greene to open this practice. That was in 1985, although it seems like only yesterday!
Dr. Miller is a member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Society, the Fifth District Society, and the Onondaga Dental Society. He is also a member of the Academy of Laser Dentistry, and the Spear Dental Study Club. Through constant ongoing education, he has continued to develop his skills, acquire new knowledge and learn new techniques.
Outside the office, Dr. Miller lives with his wife, Julie, in the Tully area. In the past they operated a small organic farm, but now that their three daughters are on their own (or at least working on that), they have downsized the homestead. They now enjoy vegetable and flower gardening as well as hiking, fishing, and bike riding.
She worked for several years as an assistant including at Drs. Greene & Miller's office before taking a break to raise a family. After enjoying many years at home with her son, Brenda knew she would like to return to the dental field. In 2012, she started filling in at several area dental offices, and recently has accepted a permanent position at this office.
Cheryl has been working in the dental field for many years. She is a graduate of Chittenango High School and completed the OCM BOCES Dental Assisting program in 1982. She worked as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist for six years before deciding to pursue a career in Dental Hygiene.
She graduated from Monroe Community College in Rochester, New York with an AAS Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1981. Even though she has been practicing for over 30 years, she still has an undying passion for what she does and the people she serves.
Tish has been a Dental Hygienist for more than 30 years. She worked on the east side of Syracuse in several offices before finding 'her home' with Drs. Greene and Miller. She has been with them for 10 years.
When it came time to raise her family, she chose to change careers so that she could spend more time with her children. The doctors have been wonderful to work for and have always provided a pleasant work atmosphere.
Kim grew up and still lives in Chittenango, New York with her son and two daughters. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, participating in many outdoor activites and travel.

What a great experience! Dr. Maxwell and his Assistant were very patient with my brother Richie. He is Down Syndrome and had 2 teeth pulled and it was very quick! Thank goodness We were shocked at the price however. Wish he had dental insurance!

Dr. Greene has always been the best!! He is honest, helpful, and understanding. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. If you have a fear of dentists, Dr's Greene and Miller will ease your fears. They will never let you feel unnecessary pain or stress. Been seeing them a very long time and I have always been pleased with how they take care of me.

I look forward to my 6 month cleaning and exam. Starts with warm, welcoming staff. Cheryl (dental hygienist) is friendly and quite competent. Dr Miller gives very good descriptions of his assessments and particularly if I need follow up treatment. There's a reason why my family have been patients there for 34+ years!

I was very pleased with their Covid protocols. I called upon arrival and they said I could come into the office. I used hand sanitizer. Cheryl was the person who cleaned my teeth. She did an excellent job. Cheryl also took xrays of teeth. Dr. Miller examined my teeth also. It was very good to see him after such a long time.
