Micro-endodontics or Microsurgical endodontics is an aspect of the root canal treatment procedure that evolved after the introduction of the Dental Operating Microscope (DOM) to endodontics in the late 1990s. We use operating microscopes to better visualize your treatment needs, Cone Beam Computed Tomography to achieve 3D images and digital radiography which significantly reduces your exposure to radiation. Each of our treatment rooms have the most technologically advanced equipment including microscopes.
Dr. Greene completed five years of Pre-Medicine at Wright State University, four years of dental school at West Virginia University, a one year hospital residency at Ruby Memorial Hospital, followed by two years of advanced training in Endodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. During his time in Pittsburgh Dr. Greene worked researching revascularization of the dental pulp. His cases were presented in Boston in 2012 at the American Association of Endodontics annual session. While a resident at Ruby Memorial Hospital he rotated through Medicine and Anesthesia services and was on call for head and neck trauma. Various studies include extensive training in surgical placement of implants with certification in root form implants and narrow diameter (mini) implants along with surgical and non-surgical root canal therapy.

Dentistry has been a lifelong passion for Dr. Greene; hes very familiar with a dental office spending time in his fathers general dental practice. Prior to retirement, his father practiced general dentistry for over forty years. Growing up in the healthcare environment has shown Dr. Greene the importance of soothing the fears of his patients. He has adopted this philosophy in his own practice.

Current memberships include the American Dental Association, and American Association of Endodontics. He is in the process of becoming a board certified diplomat in the American Association of Endodontics.
Dr. Greene and his wife, Talitha, work together at Greene Endodontics. She is the office manager and they share the commitment to quality service to patients and referring offices. They have four active children ranging from college to elementary. Personal interests include golf, boating, and fitness. However, his greatest pleasure is to spend time with his family.

Dr. Greene and staff are amazing! I live in Fort Wayne and travel the two hours to his office for my intensive dental care needs. He is worth it. They show a genuine concern for the comfort of their patients and the environment is very calming and relaxing. I had two root canals the other day. Dr. Greene had me in and out of there within just a few hours and with very little pain. They also are great with appointments. They had an opening and got me in within a week due to a cancellation. I would highly recommend Greene Endodontics to anyone with dental care needs!

I am terrified of going to the dentist. I came to my appointment very nervous but quickly realized that this would not be a typical, bad experience like I was used to. The staff here was amazing and did everything they could to make me relaxed. Dr. Greene was so kind and finished my root canal so quickly after going over my options with me. He was honest and didn't try to talk me into doing anything either way. He is the first dentist I've ever been to that numbed my mouth enough BEFORE he started the visit that I literally felt no pain. If I ever need a procedure again, I will definitely be visiting his office. This team is definitely worth visiting when you need a root canal done!!

My Fiance and I traveled almost 2 hours to this place because our orthodontist referred us. After reading several positive google reviews we thought it was too good to be true because we have been let down so many times by other places. But It was definitely well worth the drive!!! Greene Endodontics definitely takes pride in what they do and I will definitely make the trip again if needed. Environment was great, staff was excellent, and his assistant was awesome. I even got a call the next day from the surgeon, asking how I was doing. Usually you get a call from the assistant and never the surgeon. When do you ever get that kind of service? If you go to Greene Endodontics, you will always have great service. Highly recommend!!!

I took my son who is 9 years old, here for a root canal. The whole staff was amazing, especially Elissa. She made sure he was comfortable and was always sincere and genuine when speaking to us. Definitely made what could seem like a scary visit for a child, very comforting and relaxed.

I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Greene and his staff for your endodontic needs. Dr. Greene and his staff are very polite, patient, gentle and accommodating. Both of my kiddos said they had the best experience they've ever had at a dental office! If you need a root canal this is the office to call, and they except almost every insurance. Probably the most comfortable root canal I've had, and I've had several! The fuzzy blanket and noise cancelling headphones were the bees knees! Elissa was the gal assisting Dr. Greene and she was wonderful every step of the way and really made me feel at ease the entire time, and put great music on my headphones for me! I ran into traffic on my way 3 different times from Fort Wayne and they were so great about me being crazy late! Dr. Greene was nice as well and very thorough making sure the last x-ray was to his liking. Would go back, but hopefully I never have to! :)

I had a Root Canal done today for the first time and was super nervous and anxious. Dr Greene and assistant Chloe were excellent about making me feel comfortable and explaining everything to me before and during the procedure. Very comfortable atmosphere and I definitely recommend them. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Greene and Chloe did an amazing job during the procedure!!

Dr. Greene and his staff are by far the best around. His assistant Aizalyn who we had the pleasure of taking care of us was absolutely amazing, she went above and beyond for us as well as Dr. Greene. The 2 1/2 hour drive was so worth it. If your looking for a friendly, caring, and a great place to go for a root canal his office is where u need to go. I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my daughter.

Great place to go! My son had a root canal on his front left tooth with out any concerns or issues! Procedure was fast and almost painless! He took ibuprofen afterwards and hardly any side effects. I would recommend Greene Endodontics for all procedures they are available to do! The office was also well maintained and very clean! Also, decorated for Halloween very nicely :)

Greene Endodontics was amazing! Not only was everyone including the doctor very kind, caring, informative, and sincere... They also had their building decorated for Halloween, as Harry Potter theme. Which is always extra brownie points to me. Lol. Definitely a go to place if you need a root canal done. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so kind and gracious. I felt like the entire staff went out of their way to make an unpleasant experience, root canal, as positive as it could possibly be. It was truly the least unpleasant dental procedure I have ever had. Dr Greene is very kind, gentle and an absolute professional. The office anesthetics were second to none. I highly recommend!

This place is amazing, especially if you have anxiety like me!! The room was comfortable and I was offered a blanket and headphones to listen to music while I waited. I was offered a variety of flavored numbing agent, the mango one is pretty great, and darkened glasses so I didn't have to see the dentist do my shots. Dr. Greene was amazing and made sure I was completely numb before starting work. Aizalyn was amazing as well. She made sure I was comfy, gave me time estimates on how much longer it would take, etc. For someone who hates the dentist she was so friendly and helpful. I was even given ibuprofen before I left to make sure I had some pain management. This place is amazing and if I have to get another root canal, I am definitely coming back!
