Greene Family Dental is not an honest business. You will have to call your Dental Insurance co to run through your EOB before paying your invoice to GF Dental and only pay what is required not for the extra (unfair) charges that they sneak into your bill and then argue (can you believe) Argue that you owe only because they are greedy and dishonest and do not wish to Bill their clients fairly. We had a horrible experience and switched to a Dentist in Charlottesville that is a MUCH better dentist and a very honest and honorable practice as well. Both my EOB for a Sept 2020 visit and my husband's EOB for an Oct 2020 visit were incorrect. We have been trying for over 2 months for GF Dental to refund the $47 payment that I made because they invoiced it. However it is not owed because the Dentists is in-network and the service is 100% covered. Then, they billed my husband $94 on his 6 month cleaning (that he had not had for 10 months but is covered every 6 months per contract. This is a contract GF Dental not a choice! Then so that we can dispute the bill we sent our Billing Fraud claim to the Fraud department at our Dental Insurance co and also had an Attorney send Greene Family Dental a demand letter to mark our invoices per our contract to a $0. All this after they spent $7 to certify mail a letter claiming that their bill is accurate, but their bills are not accurate. They are Liars and Cheaters. Please do not pay your Greene Family Dental bills until you call to speak to your Dental Insurance company to find our what you owe- and your EOB does show at the top your part. That is correct the amount on your EOB, what is not correct is the amount that GF Dental is charging you!

I have been a patient for only about a year at Greene Family Dentistry. I had a old filling that partially broke off quite suddenly. They worked me in when I called in excruciating pain. I saw Dr. Dalley for the first time. Because of a bad childhood experience with a dentist, it can be very stressful having dental work. He was so very kind and reassuring. He explained what he was going to do before he did it, putting me at ease. His assistant, Keisha, was also wonderful! She was so kind and compassionate, making sure I was okay every step of the way. In fact, everyone in the office made me feel welcome. Without a doubt, I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The best dental care ever. The entire staff is wonderful, welcoming, caring and skilled. Hard to find any better than Dr David Dalley or Dr Christopher Whynott. I needed a few complicated procedures which in their competent hands were not complicated at all. Highly reccomend.

The staff at this dentist office is absolutely wonderful. They are full of energy and everyone is friendly from the time you walk in the front lobby, and through out the entire process. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a Dentist practice that goes above and beyond to take care of their patients.

Have been a patient there for a few years, and am very happy with them. Everyone there has been great! Walking in the door, I'm always greeted by name, Never have to wait long to be seen. A couple of times, I've had emergencies, and have been seen very quickly. Can't ask for any more; keep up the great work!
