We have been seeing Dr. Jason and Dr. Adcock for a couple of years now. We had been searching for a dentist that was good with children as our oldest had a horrible experience and was very frightened of the dentist. One visit to Dr. Jason was all it took to put her at ease and to show us that this practice was different and was here to help and care for our entire family. We now live in Nashville, TN and we make the drive for any dental issues and cleanings because the service, friendliness, and expertise can not be matched!! The entire staff is amazing! I recommend them all the time to all of our Ga friends! We will never use anyone else!!
So glad I found this office. Awesome staff. Im extremely paranoid of all things dental and always worry about the pain of procedures and cleanings , but Ive had a root canal done here & the injections to numb me up were pretty close to painless. Very skilled in pain management and very open and upfront about any questions regarding your procedure. I love my dentist!
The most professional, kind and gentle staff ever. Dr. Jason Lee is an outstanding dentist. The team always knows me and my dental history and will make all accommodations to my schedule that are needed, even in urgent circumstances. I may not be blessed with great teeth, but I am blessed with a wonderful dentist.
I suffered a broken tooth last night. It was beginning to hurt and was very sensitive to hot and cold. I called Greencastle this morning and fit me right in. I was worried about having pain over the weekend. The staff took great care of me from reception, to hygienist, to the doctor. Couldnt have been more friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Have been going to Dr Jason (and his Dad since the 70s) and Joy for as long as I can remember. The staff is professional and personable. Dr Jason is great at the every-day services - fillings, crowns, etc and an artist with cosmetic dentistry and he is always concerned with your comfort.
Another year...review stands....I and my family have been going to Greencastle Dental for 15 years. They are simply the best at everything they do. We've had all the normal work plus braces, crowns, root canals, etc. Nobody wants to go to the dentist, but if you have to go, they are the are the best. Dr. Lee is awesome, & all his hygienists and staff are awesome to work with.
My experience has been great every time I have come here and that has been a lot lately. I am the kind of person that does a lot of research before choosing who to go with. All the other 5 star reviews don't lie! The only thing is that I do not have insurance so it has been kind of pricey. However, it is worth it for me to have quality work done. Also the 25% discount plan helps.

Just as important, I am dedicated to making my patients feel right at home. Your familys care should be as comfortable as possible. Excellent caring practice. I can't say enough good things about this practice. I have severe dental phobia but from the moment I contacted them, it has been a great experience. The entire practice has been amazing. Morgan is such an amazing hygienist and both Dr. Perez and Dr. Jason are the most caring dentists I have ever met.

A very relaxed, and friendly atmosphere, especially for a new patient. paper work was easy. I was met buy a young lady to introduced herself as my hygienist. she was very thorough, and asked me the questions that would help them understand the start of my venture with the firm. The dentist came in, she went over some issues I knew i had, so no coverups at this office. Bottom line, this was reglazing experience. This would be a great place for anyone who has a fear of the dentist office.

I had to have a last minute surgery but needed a release from my dentist. The lady at the front desk scheduled me for later that day. I was able to get the form turned into surgeon and now waiting on him. Thanks

Although the service was good, the wait time of 20-30 minutes was a bit too long. It would be nice if patients were informed that tech was running late after 15 minutes. If a patient was late we call to inform office. So this should also apply to office.

Dr. Jason Lee has been my family's dentist for many years. I have also referred many of my friends to him. He is wonderful and very caring. I would highly recommend Greencastle Dental Office to everyone!

I went to get a tooth pulled on Wednesday morning- appt time 9:10 am. The dentist that pulled my tooth is the daughter of I suppose the owner (another dentist that works there) Well, what could have been a "simple Extraction" turned into a very lengthy, painful extraction. After about almost an hour of ripping and yanking my tooth, jaw and head back and forth- she couldn't get it out. She went and got her father and he removed it in less than 2 mins! I asked for something for the pain. she gave me a few pills. After I tried one pill and saw it didn't touch the pain, I had to start taking 1.5 pills -so after 30 hours I only had a couple left. My mouth/jaw hurts so bad I can't even talk ! I called to see if I could get a few more painkillers so I wouldn't have to take off work AGAIN AND SHE LIED and said my liver would fail and she "called pharmacies and they said they wouldn't be able to fill it again because I just got some the day before" well i called My Pharmacy and the pharmacist said that is absolutely a lie, she could have changed the dosage and there would have been no problem filling it" The pharmacist also told me he doubts my liver would fail because of being on pain pills for two or three days, every six hours. So not only did I get charged almost $500 for a "complex extraction" when it could have been around $200for a simple extraction (if the correct dentist did it)... I am not able to even open my mouth, go to work or do anything while I am in excruciating pain! Yes I have been trying alternatives. Ibuprofen 800, steroids, antibiotics... I literally feel like I have been in a UFC fight. I planned to spend thousands of dollars at this location to fix a couple other teeth, but they will never get my business again! This pain is some off the worst pain ever! I will say, her assistant was the ONLY and BEST thing at that office . If the other, older gentleman dentist would have done this extraction... There may have been a completely different outcome! DEFINITELY ASK WHO WILL BE WORKING ON YOUR TEETH!

Dr. Jason Lee is amazing. Very gentle and very impressive with my daughter. Heather at the desk was great and very compassionate when I explained what we needed and having to be referred out from our family dentist. Dr. Lee took his time with my daughter and made her process positive $2.00! What was perceived to me as complicated and extreme, was not the case at all. Very comforting atmosphere! Thank you!!

I don't go out of my way too go to the dentist but the people here a cut above. I've been to alot of dentists around Fayette and coweta counties. But their the only one I continue going back to.

Had a cracked tooth. Called and they told me to come right in. Within 90 minutes, I was out the door with correction and no pain. Fantastic and will go back for all dental needs.

My experience (cavity filled) was not good. I was called back after a 15 minute wait, put on gas mask and sat for a very long time. The dentist came in finally to deaden my mouth and apologized profusely, saying he was the only dentist there at the time. That was the last thing I would have told a patient waiting his services. He deadened my mouth and left again for a very long time. He came back, filled my cavity, apologized again. I was there for over 2 hours. Dentist did tell the nurse to waive the patient portion on my bill because of the long wait. That was a nice gesture, but I was not happy having to wait that long.

Beautiful location and peaceful atmosphere. Very comfortable waiting room and lots of windows let the sun shine in. Treatment rooms with large windows eases patient nervousness. Staff is friendly, and happy. And the best part is Dr. Lee-a truly caring dentist.
