My family has been coming here for about 20 years. Today I get a call to cancel an appointment because there was no hygienist. She than says oh and the doctor no longer takes GHI (not even the current name) so find a new doctor. It was the manner in which it was done and how rude she was that was the issue.

Not sure if the greed and systematic insurance based oppression is a symptom of the heinous medical laws and insurance practices simply found in the state of New York, the lack of dentists in our area, or the human urge to not budge or concede on these materialistic virtues, but unless you have the cheddar upfront, you are nothing to them but another number. Actual medical work is passable, and some of the technicians can be nice. Just another business unfortunately, as are all "medical" places these days.

Horrible dr dong told me I had 7 cavities at the least and that I had to pay extra for white fillings. Told me I have horrible mouth hygiene shaming me for not taking care of them when I have gone through extensive dental care to have perfect teeth. I went to a different dentist and I only have one small cavity. I was told she would have drilled perfect teeth out and replaced it with bad looking silver fillings. She also Tryed to redo my mother's fillings for NO reason for more money. Also put sealant on my teeth and took X-rays without asking my permission and my retainer doesn't fit well anymore. The place didn't even look clean some instruments looked used. I wish I saw the other reviews before I went here. Dont go here horrible wish I could give it negative stars.

This place is the absolute worst! The lady told me I had 9 CAVITIES!! I drive over an hour away to another dentist to get the work done due to this ignorant dentist to judge me because I have a fear of the dentist and the tools! I get to the other dentist to get the work needed done and I'm told I didn't even have 1 cavity !! My brother had got some fillings done and this was roughly two months ago and yet he's still in an extreme amount of pain and my mother wasn't happy with her visit and she got kicked out! The dentist there are so mean and unprofessional and I have no idea how they have a degree let alone a job! I wouldn't give any star if that was an option!

Didn't want to give a one star came in to have my teeth fixed she threw me out of her office & told me to go somewhere else if I wasn't happy with her work she was very rude & disrespectful said she's the dentist not me my daughter went last month said she had 9 teeth that needed fillings my daughter has anxiety so she had to go somewhere else to get laughing gas that dentist said my daughter had no cavity's at all so what was this dentist going to fill in its sad how we were treated & to kick me out cause I wasn't happy with her dental work how unprofessional & how awful to treat your Patients like that

Absolutely atrocious. My daughter went to get her cavities filled today, poor girl suffers from social anxiety but went to the appointment by herself anyways. When she was put into the chair she saw the needles and started having severe anxiety and told the doctor she needed a minute to calm herself down. The doctor pushed her down into the chair repeatedly until my daughter started crying. They then proceeded to ban her from the office because of her "outburst".

I absolutely love Dr. Dong and her staff! I feared the dentist for years and Angela Dong has helped eliminate that fear completely! My teeth were a mess and she and her team treated me with the upmost respect as well as being kind and patient during all my dental procedures. Always gets me in right away in case of emergencies, never wait long to get in to be seen for any appointment! Overall great dental office and I'd recommend them to anyone!!

I called for emergency dental services to try and set up an appointment and as I was explaining my situation was extremely rudely interrupted by the lady on the phone by say "Excuse me, I'm sorry we don't have any openings until the end of November" and then hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional!

Dr. Angela Dong is a great dentist! She has helped me out a lot and has lessened my fear of going to the dentist. She does fast work and will get you in and out and as good as new! I recommend her to my family and friends.
