Male dentist botched pulling a tooth that broke off and left a piece behind along with the infected root. I had to go to a qualified endodentist and pay $400 out of pocket to fix his mess. I think the fact half his teeth seem to be missing himself is probably telling to his expertise, and having a medical business in a residential building is not just highly irregular but illegal per zoning laws. They say the woman at the desk is a nurse but she only acts as a rude receptionist and they do the entire procedures themselves and they have no parking spaces for patients but don't tell them not to park their until the residents come pounding on their door to complain you're in one of their spots, After said incident I made an appointment (after making it abundantly clear that I would not feel comfortable after my experience I would only feel comfortable with Dr. Ramsey) and she scheduled me on a day when only the male dentist was there, and he denies me treatment when I said I wasn't comfortable seeing him and backed up by the receptionist who actually told me to leave the office after this unreal incident. Yes, sprint, don't run!

Run, do't walk away from these people. They say there is new management but the doctors are the same. The chairs and office furniture in the treatment rooms are free standing and not bolted down. (Month to month rentals?) I backed into the procedure chair and almost knocked it over. There isn't any running water in the treatment rooms and the male dentist is very rude. He caused a great deal of damage to my teeth during an incomplete procedure and told me to just pull the teeth (to destroy the botched dental procedure). Their business model is to maximize billing and what needs to be done is 'not' factored into your treatment. They messed up on me and I complained and was told that the insurance company only verifies that the business is registered and does not check or evaluate the doctors or verify their credentials. Complained to the state and was told there was nothing they could do with the exception of putting a letter in their file. If you get a bad dentist and you are hurt by them, you are on your own because no one cares. Life is too short and as this is not the first or second horrible review, let the buyer beware. New office management does not perform dental procedures, dentists do, Check these people out or better yet, pass.

Very professional. You will be 110% satisfied. I took my son to that clinic, oh my god more than what I was excepting. They took care of my son , the whole team from the front dest to the doctor. I went out very satisfied. I myself, switched my provider to that clinic.

Worst place I've ever been. Was told on the phone that they would be able to remove all of my wisdom teeth at that office and when I got there they said that it may not be a possibility, that it would depend on if they were still impacted or not. I arrived early to the office because I knew I would need to fill out paperwork as a new patient. I knocked and rang the bell and nobody opened the door. So I sat in my car with the AC on because it was so hot out. After 10 minutes I went back and tried again. This happened 3 times. 30 minutes of banging on the door before I was finally let in and told that my wisdom teeth being pulled may not be possible. The woman was rude and acted as if I was the problem. I told her I was angry because I am in pain because of my teeth AND THAT ITS 85 DEGREES OUTSIDE and I was hot as well. She didn't seem to care at all or even apologize for me waiting over 30 minutes to be let in. I left without filling out a single paper and have made an appointment with an oral surgeon.

This place is sort of hidden in an apartment building so I had trouble finding it. Called the number I used to make the appointment and they couldn't help me to locate the office. I asked for a direct number to the office so they could assist me and the numbskull on the phone gave me the very number I dialed to speak to him. Finally found it on my own and found parking. The door was locked with a sign that read "ring bell". I literally rang the doorbell and knocked for 10 minutes. I could hear the tv on inside very loud. I banged on the door as hard as I could but finally gave up. I was right on time for my appointment despite the time it took to locate the place. Very unprofessional and the neighborhood looks sketchy. Lost an hour of my day commuting but kind of glad I didn't get seen in the end.
