Greenbrier Dental center is situated at 1059 Eden way north Chesapeake Virginia 23320 and it's accessible from greenbrier parkway and Volvo parkway and close to the greenbrier mall in the heart of greenbrier area. I am visiting this location from more than five years and like this place reason doctors are very nice and they guide you in a way which is affordable for you. Today I went for dental hygiene my Dr is Doctor Balino she is very nice and she listens you better than anyone else so I like to get treatment from her . This location is family general dental practice since 1985 in greenbrier area and they have six dentist, hygienist and lots of dental assistant and more than two dozen office administrators and customer service employees. This is fully equipped and take care of sterilization guidelines . The customer service is excellent , the facility is clean and well organized and they take care of the patients in a professional way. Their services include Dental hygiene,teeth whitening,digital x-rays,cosmetic Esthetic techniques, crowns,implant restriction,root canal,periodontal treatment,smile care etc and pediatric dentistry. There parking lot is right on Eden way north and very clean and easily accessible.

If you hate going to the dentist, you won't hate it anymore once you visit here. This is by far the best dentist in the area. They're quick, friendly and efficient. I love coming here and feel taken care of every time I come.

The time to explain was excellent. The care for me was superb. They got me an appointment efficiently. They also made sure to take me on the journey as they were cleaning my teeth. Thank you so much for making this an easy and painless experience!

I have had the worse experiences with previous dentist offices. I convey this with Greenbriar Dental and they handled me with care. From the receptionist, to the young lady that did my X-rays (made double sure I was comfortable), to the hygienist, and lastly to the dentist!! The office was clean and comfortable and the entire staff was friendly. Their text reminders are the best and easy paperwork to do prior to coming in. Very professional! Thank you all so much! The recommended treatment was referred out; however, they educated me on a plan for healthier teeth. Overall my experience was amazing and I look forward to going back!!

Appointment was at 2:30 and at 2:44 told they could not see me. Been coming here for years and the customer service just gets worse. Might as well call this Konikoff Dental

These people are great. I've gotten super fast appts for emergency work twice. Dr Rice and his team are professional, Courteous, and highly skilled. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful. Even other patients are ready to help out. I cannot say enough about them. I do want to thank everyone in the office but especially Dr Rice and his team.

Had a very bad experience having a root canal done on a lower 2nd premolar. The dentist used a huge round bur and reamed out both canals at once .My bone accepted the gutta percha, but was always painful and eventually had to have the tooth pulled! The general dentist, not an endodontist.

I drive thru 3 different cities just to come to this office! Dr. Doan and I believe her name is Lisa have been nothing but amazing! I go twice a year and each time they ask about my son who is now a patient in the pediatric office. That means so much! Just a friendly and welcoming atmosphere! Would definitely recommend this practice!

The dentist, who is the owner of the business, showed me my xRay while I was lying down in the chair told me I had periodontal disease and that he was going to extract the molar. The hygienist proceeded to explain periodontal disease with a chart ,implied I wasn't taking care of my teeth because of the dentist and because I had postponed the appointment a few times(because of a death in my family)Needless to say I left terrified and full of anxiety. I got a second opinion at another dental office, they did not use plastic covered tools to take the X-ray the way greenbrier dental does, which causes me to gag, the new dentist and I looked at the X-ray together standing up. The dentist told me I have healthy teeth and gums and I don't have periodontal disease. This is negligence to say the least. I had been going there for years and had referred people. I called and cancelled my next 6 month appointment and told the front desk I had a terrible experience and will never go there again, she did not ask me why. This appointment was terrible and wrong at every level.

Awesome Pediatric Dept!!!!...Everyone was so friendly and attentive to my 6 yr old daughter...When we walked in, She saw her name on the "Welcome New Patients" Board and she immediately felt special...We were only in there for 40 mins!!...

I visited Greenbrier Dental for a consultation and cleaning and it was an Amazing experience! Everyone seemed to care, from the front desk to the back office staff! I will be making Greenbrier Dental the permanent place to meet all my dental needs- I found trust in them from the start and that is rare! Thanks Greenbrier Dental!

Greenbrier Dental is too good to be true. Very professional staff and friendly staff. I was seen right at my appointment time. I can't remember the last time that happened. They use state of the art equipment. I was seen by Dr. Etheridge. He was very professional and pleasant
