Read YELP reviews, more accurate. I wish I'd read the reviews before going to this practice. All of the one star reviews are totally accurate. This was the worst encounter I've experienced in a dental office. The front staff seemed to hate their jobs, and patients. When I witnessed them being rude to one another, I realized it was the office culture. The billing person is woefully incompetent, dispensing dental advise based on when you can pay for services, misquoting prices based on what she thinks insurance will cover, knowing that most new dental insurance will not cover ANY major procedures like root canals. The tension between her and front staff was sometimes palpable when they talked to one another. The dentist Clarke should retire or work as a Mortician. She did not tell me what the source of my pain was, but did some work in my mouth, and was ready to slither out to the next patient in the assembly line. After she told me I might need a root canal if the pain returned (she knew, based on my symptoms), I HAD TO ASK, "What exactly did you just do?" She offered some vague explanation, gave me a card for another dentist to do the root canal, then slithered out. I threw the card away and chose a different specialist to do the root canal. The specialist was excellent, and did what Clark didn't: 1) offered an overall assessment of teeth, fillings, and gums. 2) explained the problem 3) how she would address it 4) what to expect 5) and that I would have to follow up with Clarke for the remainder of the work that needed to be done. I returned to Clarke for temporary bridge. She didn't greet me, and got ready to start working in my mouth. When I advised her that I had questions, she rolled her eyes and put the instruments down. I didn't allow her to work on me that day. When I did return, she worked in my mouth for nearly an hour and slithered out without post procedure instructions, what to expect, potential issues, etc. When the anesthetic wore off, I was in tremendous pain (fortunately I had the prescription from specialist for pain meds). When I returned to Clarke's office 2 wks later for my permanent bridge. The assistant reported to Clarke that I was experiencing pain every day since Clarke did the temporary bridge. Clarke proceeded to angrily go off on me. "You shouldn't have any pain. That's not normal. If the temporary hurts, the permanent will also!" According to Clarke, I should have called the office and returned for fit improvement of the temporary. But she NEVER provided that information, instructions, nada! She verbally abused me (as if I had gone to dental school and should know what she hadn't told me, like what to expect. What would not be normal, etc. Nothing)! Read the reviews! This practice is about assembly line dentistry, without patient education, accurate cost disclosure, concern for the patients' wellbeing, or office professionalism. Clarke sung with the loud inappropriate radio music while working in my mouth, instead of providing a competent, comfortable experience. Unless you're a corpse, stay away from this mortician.

Very timely, courteous, clean and friendly. Hygienist Christina explained every detail of my exam and actually showed me a small piece of calcium build up on my teeth. She gave preventive instructions to eliminate this problem. Overall, a great dental treatment and visit.

As a New Patient here, I was greeted with beautiful warm smiles, inviting receptive attitudes and words in a comfortable relaxed atmosphere. All of the staff was very attentive and kind. Margaret was very good at ensuring my needs were taken care of during my visits and appointments. Dr. Clark is a very laidback and competent professional, and fortunate to have the services of Dr. Patel working in her dental offices. And I have to say that Christina is the best Dental Hygienist south of i20!

The experience was very professional. Additionally, the dentist was very thorough as far as explaining my particular situation and how she would go about mitigating damages that I have done to my mouth. I would recommend her services to anybody..if they had any sense they would follow my advice.

My experience's at Greenbriar Dental has been interesting, to say the least! As far as the work is done, everything is fine. However, when it comes to the billing department, some deceptive practices are occurring. They say one thing and charge you a total different ridiculous amount. I had a temporary Crown installed and at the time my balance was $90. One week later to get the permanent Crown install, all of a sudden I have to come up with $450 before I can get my work completed. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!! This is the 3rd time that this has happened.

ALL ABOUT MONEY! AND THE DOCTOR KNOWS EXACTLY WHAT'S GOING ON IN THE BILLING DEPARTMENT. The service is okay, but they will hold you hostage by not providing the service, until you pay what they deceptively came up with. I'm looking for another Dentist to go to.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!! Every single visit there is a different amount of money that I am expected to pay from the previous stated amount. The billing department is dishonest, unscrupulous, and conduct a lot of trickery when it comes time to pay.

I specifically came in this Dentist because it's in my community. Never again! Back to doing business with the white people.. I came in for an appointment and after 2 hrs in the office they informed me that they could not service me...When they tried to explain i left. This was completely unsatisfactory, I don't think they understand how valuable time is. All good... I just have to take that drive and my money back to white community.
