Just repeated mediocre service: missed appts (where no one is at the office for a scheduled appt), not knowing what procedure I am there for; lost records; inattention to finish of fillings; making me wait for > 20 mins (regularly) without a word. I learned why at my last visit: no office manager on-site. The office is run remotely by someone who is never there and so those there are not shown how to provide good service. Really a shame for longtime clients who came to expect so much when Dr Burke was there.

The best dental experience I've ever had! The staff & my dentist went above and beyond to get my squeezed in for additional treatments after my cleaning. They are so sweet and understanding and honestly just make you feel right at home. Highly recommend if you are in the Marin / Greenbrae area.

Wonderful cleaning today. Dentist was engaging and explained what he was doing. He took breaks snd allowed me to rinse. Super relaxed and wonderful experience. Makes going to the dentist a calm and comfortable activity. Super happy.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was with my last dentist for 7 years before they had to change policy and my insurance was no longer in network. During my first visit to Greenbrae Dental Center, my first thought was how run down this place is. The walls were damaged, the equipment was old, and overall vibe screams unorganized and cluttered. The dental assist who preformed my cleaning was pleasant and kind, however once the doctor came in to review my x-rays she immediately tells me that I need to two crowns on my back teeth. I was shocked, my last dentist and I had a wonderful transparent relationship with one another and never did he once state he was even considering crowns for those teeth. I expressed my concern to the doctor and although she went into more detail as to why she felt I needed the crowns I was still not onboard with her recommendations and I told her I would need a second opinion. She then goes on to tell me that ever dentist will have their own opinion and then tells the dental assist that he can go ahead and dismiss me. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism - no bed side manner what to ever! The entire experience was completely shocking. If you are in Marin and are looking for a great dental office with a wonderful and warm staff, this is not the place for you.

First appointment without insurance cost is $564 for a computer X-ray and dr. Look your teeth, is a absurd I call around because I live in larkspur, in corte madera , marin advanced care is 89 dollars and the others around never goes higher than 100 dollars just a warning iff the fist consult is like that imagine a treatment, hope that help you guys don't waist time iff they only care about money , how will be the care for the patient

I've been going to this place for about 3 years. They've always been good to me. Good with communicating everything. However my last visit I went in because I was having jaw/tooth pain. They did a cold test and tapped on my tooth. They said they were 90% sure i didn't need a root canal because I didn't hurt just alittle sensitive on my tooth. So they said they're going to send me downstairs to a specialist to check it out. I go the next day and they do the same test on my teeth and just muscle pain in my jaw. Not one person from upstairs or at the office downstairs told me it was out of network. It cost me $180 for them to do the same freaking test that they did the day before where my insurance covered. It blew my mind that both offices did f bother to tell me. If I would of known it was out of network I wouldn't of gone. Why would anyone want to pay $180 for the same test that their insurance covered the day before!? I called both places to complain and they both blamed eachother. All that could say was "Oh sorry." I was like your sorry cost me $180. I am about 90% sure I will not be returning to this place. Shame on both of them for not communicating. Just a money hungry business.

I had a great experience at Greenbrae Dental yesterday. Despite my extreme fear of any dentist, I was calmed by Fabio who did a gentle, thorough job of cleaning my teeth. I would definitely recommend this Dental practice.

This was the second dentist I went to since my 1st experience was horrible, this office from front desk to dental hygienist to dentist were amazing. Listened to my concerns and needs, especially having bad PTSD and anxiety from a previous incident. Definitely would recommend this dental office.

Everyone is super nice, patient, and very knowledgeable! They look out for the best options for you, and let you choose what you find most comfortable. They are very flexible, I'm definitely recommending them to family and friends.

From my first phone call, to the front desk staff, to the hygienist and dentist, I'd give 10 out of 5 stars! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is lighthearted and calming.
