New patient experience: Dr. Robert S. Greenberg was able to see me the very next morning after I called to do an emergency root canal. The receptionist was very kind and helpful, and had the patient registration info that I had filled out online printed and ready for my review and signature when I arrived. Great customer service experience upon scheduling phone call, arrival and checkout. The dental assistant, Soo (sp?) was concerned for my comfort and ease through throughout the visit. And Dr. Greenberg... What a mensch! I can't say enough good about him. He didn't rush through any of the initial diagnosis and decisions about how we were going to proceed. He treated me like a partner in the process of making decisions about my oral healthcare. Although my referring dentist wasn't in his office at the time, Dr. Greenberg still had his receptionist try to call him just in case he was able to chat with him beforehand to confirm what we were planning to do. During the procedure, he did whatever was necessary to ensure I didn't feel any pain (he didn't rush the anesthetics and topped them up whenever I needed it). Amazing "bedside manner". I plan to return to him for all my future endodontic care.
