I have been using their services both with and without insurance for the past 2-3 years for consultation and treatment with the dentist, orthodontist, endontist, their support teams, the hygienists, and of course the help of many at the front. They are often busy inside, but it likely allows them to both hire and serve many people affordably. Often I get in a good laugh or smile with the helpers I see. With a history of trauma previously making close, prolonged procedures uncomfortable and a lack of consistent access to care as a youth, my body often had a stress reaction to being in this type of treatment. With some breath work/meditation, working with the same folks over and over, and their staff often being understanding, patient, and kind - it's starting to happen with ease. Working with George or Shirley is a breeze even when I'm having a tough time. They are willing to be slow, gentle, and answer any questions I ask, including when I ask for thorough explanation or communication to know what to expect with procedures or payment. Thank you to Dr. Aaron, George, Shirley, and Dr. Patel. Gratitude literally can now be expressed in more smiles. Thank you to your team.

The worst dentist Ive been to. They only want your money(insurance money) went for a cleaning, got my xrays, and eval. and I supposedly need a deep cleaning after I had one done not 2 years ago. So they wont clean my teeth. So they billed the insurance just to take pictures and I couldnt get the clening I need. I recommend stearing clear of this place.

I came here just to get a cleaning. My appointment was at 8:15, and I left at 10:15. Why did I have to wait so long? What's the point of making an appointment? The cleaning itself took less than 20 minutes, the exam took less than 10. I should've spent less than an hour here, so why was I here for 2 hours?

This place provides poor customer service, waited 2 hrs for a filling during that time no one provided update. Remind you we had an appointment. I don't understand how this place operates with such poor services!

This office is clean and most of the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The bad part is if you have an issue with your mouth, it will be totally unacknowledged when you mention it and they will go forward with their own plan, then blame you when you finally come back in after their work fails. Also the dentist I had was slightly condescending all times I had work done.

I spent 10 minutes waiting on the them to make an appointment. A Spanish chick finally answered, we're started talking and she said something in Spanish I couldn't understand and she hang up in my face I've tried to call again she didn't answered.

I think the services they offer are fine, I know I'm in good hands and the root canal procedure is surprising fast. They tend to spread out appointments though, and the receptionists and dentists don't communicate which has led to me showing up to the office only to be turned away because I need a different procedure done. The wait varies from being very long to reasonable. That being said, they do take my insurance and I never ever have to pay. I'm still on with my parents as a child under sunshine and liberty dental. I'd recommend if you're tight on budget like my family and I. Even with the scheduling blunders, because its a cheaper option and the dentists and hygienists are great, the staff is very polite and understanding, and they have a lot of locations.

This place is IMPOSSIBLE to get through by phone. I honestly think they don't even bother trying. On several occasions, I have LITERALLY spent ALL DAY calling repeatedly, just to either get a voice message or be hung up on. No one ever picks up, so the only way to make an appointment is to go in person.

They were efficient, caring, and very friendly. I cannot say enough nice things to give Dr Lawson and his team enough justice. They were just absolutely amazing while calmly dealing with my emergency that I came in with.

I have had the best experience ever with the oral surgeon at this location. Dr. Lawson and his assistant Robby were Perfect. I was very nervous. They were very professional, very comforting, and quick. My 1st time having a tooth pulled. All my dental work will go through him if I can.

I booked an appointment here after looking everywhere that would accept my insurance for a root canal procedure. My pain level is an 8.5 on a scale of 10, and being pregnant I'm not able take most pain medications and Tylenol has not been easing the pain. Before booking the appointment I had a referral letter from a dentist that does not specialize in root canal and turned me away. When booking the root canal at greenburg I made sure the referral letter was enough and they would take me for the procedure. On the appointment day the front dest lady took my letter back to the doctor and she assured me it was fine and they would take in really soon. Coming back to the office they took x-rays and refused to do the procedure without booking another appointment with the excuse of they could not do treatment on a patient that they have not seen before because they would not have know what was going on with the tooth. I questioned what about the referral letter that the doctor said was fine? And the fact that I booked for a root canal and not a consult? The doctor had a whole time slot that I booked for a root canal only saw me for 10 seconds to tell me to book another appointment? Yet you made me a pregnant woman in pain jump through hoops before even able to see seen and turned away? And have to wait for 5 more day before can be seem again? Just down right unprofessional and heartless.

It's never too late to say Thank you to the N Goldenrod team. I've been going there for many years and never had any issues and staff of great. I remember Dalializ which is no longer in that location but super nice. I want to thank I believe the names are Dr Patel, Ronnie and front rep Jazmin which took great care of me. Too bad we've had to deal with a calling center to make appointments or to cancel because they don't respond til few days after. I rather go directly to this location and make the changes ; )

Today with a filling completed by Dr. Patel and his support - I recognized that like all healthcare, this too is both a science and an art. Precise and gentle, attentive to the human element and the technical treatment at hand. Gratitude literally can now be expressed in more smiles. Thank you to your team.

They don't understand, there's no translators and when you try to translate they give no time for me to relay the message. They don't work with you price wise cause she could've gone elsewhere with better reviews and lower cost. But they rushed her to pay $850 right away. The other place would've done a payment plan. 10/10 would not recommend.
