I am greatly disappointed with how my appointment was handled. When I set the appointment I was told.my insurance was accepted. I was then told it was a 4 month wait to see the pediatric dentist. I reluctantly accepted. Skip forward to the appointment date and they call me an hour before the appointment to tell me the specialists does not accept my insurance. They then said if I wanted to save my appointment they can get me in for $59 per kid(I have 2). What they failed to tell me over the phone is that price was only available if I signed up for thier insurance! So not only did I wait 4 months for nothing the had me drive about 45 minutes to try and trick me into signing up for thier insurance!!! I will never use nor recommend Greenberg to any of my friends and family.

The worst customer service with the office manager!! Don't go here for braces!! Warning ahead you will be very disappointed in the service of scheduling . It was a constant battle to schedule follow ups . I had to call a 1-800 number for the orthodontist line to schedule a follow up for every routine check up. I'm in the office now why not schedule me while I'm right in front of you ?! , I signed a contract you have a obligation to see me for routine maintenance! Ofc no one can help it the orthodontist staff all have Covid and reschedule again ! I've been making my payments on time and never able to get seen. Parents saving you a headache , go to your local dental offices that offer speciality care . I do not recommend! I'm happy to finally see light at the end of the tunnel with removal of braces today and retainer .

***** I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ***** ***** 0 STARS. ***** Extremely disappointed. Total garbage customer service. Nobody likes to answers the phone and when they do they are extremely rude and/or hang up on you. We ended up calling a corporate number and got much better service. When my son got his braces on they never set up his next appointment, when we finally called about it the answer we got was a very rude "You were supposed to call and set that up 2 months ago." When Covid hit they completely closed down and the appointments that were missed would not be rescheduled (but I still had to pay the bill each month). So in total we lost 3 appointments (that we paid for) due to their negligence and refusal to extend the contract time for when they were closed. ***** I DO NOT RECOMMEND. ***** ***** 0 STARS. *****

Not happy with my visit my last visit I was told I need a cown but otherwise my teeth were in good shape now my visit on 10/17 I was told I now need four crown why wasn't this noticeable six months ago I asked no answer from anyone with my hurricane damage I can't afford that much money this whole thing seems strange I asked for corporate number with no luck at 81 what do I do

I had a great experience with Greenberg. They were able to prescribe me meds while I was dealing with a dental emergency. This saved me from all those sleepless nights. The staff is very kind and the doctors are great as well. I love that they are also a teaching location. It was nice to see young (interns I believe) learn about the field first hand. Billing was also a breeze without a demand for upfront payment in order to book an appointment like a lot of places. I was able to pay half of my bill up front and the other when my procedure is complete. This is very convenient for me. This is now my 3rd dental office in the span of 4 months and so far they are leaps and bounds ahead of the others. I think I'm here to stay. Keep up the great work!

Greenberg Dental is very much assembly line dentistry. You should have no expectation of building a relationship with anyone there. This includes the dental tech's, hygenists and dentists. In the past, this has been fine for me as all I needed was a quick checkup and a cleaning. Both of those are done efficiently and, as far as I can tell, correctly. This time, I had a somewhat minor concern that I mentioned to the Dentist regarding a painful tooth. I was disappointed when he spent at most 60 seconds looking at it and then said ' sorry, I dont see anything', and left. I guess I was hoping that he would at least pretend to care about my concern and poke around for a couple minutes before giving up and leaving. I think it is time to find myself a different dental office.

Expect a wait because they are alway "short staffed." If you are okay with bad service and a dentist who doesn't care. Then I guess the place is fine. I have had 4-5 visits here for myself and my family over the last year. And it is consistently mediocre or below. Btw, don't let Oscar clean your teeth. I was back today for my 6 mo. check up and cleaning. Wanted to give Tanner a chance because Oscar was a joke last time. Had an 8am appointment but waited almost 40 minutes with no service so I just straight up left. I got a job I cant be late for. I'm not coming back to this place.

This is my second viisit to Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics. Today, I had two fillings done. The dentist & staff explained the procedure to me, and eveyone was pleasant and attentive througout the process. I would recommend Greenberg Dental to anyone looking for quality dental care.
