Checking in admin staff always very friendly and courteous, medical dentist assistants always very thorough when explaining procedures and exams. Dentist physicians very personable and friendly as well very thorough and give you time for Q&A. I have been coming here for a few years and will continue. Dr. Khaled Hamdallah and his staff were very accommodating and professional. Both my kids had a great experience at the Winter Garden office. He made my kids teeth look amazing!!! Thank you Dr. H and team!!!

Called many times and left voicemail to make an appointment, no one ever got back. Finally set up an appointment for a consultation to have my wisdom teeth removed. Went to the consultation, said they would call in 2 weeks after insurance approval. After waiting a month for them to call, I called my insurance to see what the hold up was, they said they had already approved the procedure. Again, called many many times and left many many voicemails with no return phone call. Emailed and never received a response. Finally, someone answered and said the doctor changed locations so either re-do my consultation or go to winter garden. So I finally set my appointment in winter garden and the day before they called and said they had to cancel the appointment. Again, I have called many many times. This type of unprofessionalism has caused me a lot of pain with my wisdom teeth, and my teeth in general since I've gone almost a year playing a cat and mouse game with the dentist office. Would never ever recommend such a place that doesn't even care about their patients and is so difficult get in touch with for no reason. Between this office and the Davenport office it's the same thing. The doctor's email that doesn't respond is Dr. Bryan Adams. Extremely unprofessional and disgusting way of practice. No care at all for their patients.

Greenburg dental is my second best dental facility. The stall are really professionally and the service is great the facility is very clean and welcoming and the wait time is minimal. My only drawback is that the front stall is not very friendly at all. They do their job but they could be a tad friendlier. And that's why I am rating Greenburg four stars.

Greenberg Dental is Absolutely the best dental office in Orlando. I was treated with respect and the staff was incredibly helpful. I am hearing impaired and the Doctors and staff were incredibly great as they made me feel like a family member . Don't go anywhere else go to Greenberg Dental for all your dental needs . I would give Greenberg Dental a hundred stars if I Could . Thank you Greenberg, Louis Flores

After trying for a month to make an appointment,'I was happy to speak with someone and made an appointment for my visit. Went to Greenberg today for an afternoon appointment.. 60 mins later I was still waiting in the waiting room. I could see many people in the hallway congregating- not sure what was going on.. but no one came out from the front desk or back office to notify patients of the unusual long wait time. Time is money and it is unacceptable to sit in a dentist office for over an hour for a cleaning. If you are looking for Poor customer service and have time to waste, this is probably the place for you...
