The most rude customer service that I have experienced in along time. All I was asking for was an oral surgeon that my general dentist had referred me to them. That's the only reason why I even called them. I don't know what services you offer nor do I know what doctors are working there. I'm only going off of what my Referral says.

They can be very unprofessional. They called me three days prior to my visit for my insurance information. When i got there fill out the paper work and waiting to be called. They told me that they don't use my insurance plan. They could have done this research the day they collected the information and save me the drive.

Love love loveeeee this office. I started coming when Dr. Patel was here and she was amazing. Now Dr. Munro is here and he is just as great. Highly recommend! They are very upfront about insurance and payment information, they make sure you understand everything, and they make it so painless.

Dr Patel is wonderful. She's made my son's fillings and mine look seemless and we're both now happier with our smile. Very knowledgeable and detected dental issues that would affect my son in the future. Her and her staff took care of my referral and all paperwork needed very quickly and my son was able to have his procedure done promptly and successfully. Service is always great and fast. Staff is friendly and very efficient and the office is always clean. Will definitely continue to visit this office and recommend it to everyone.

I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Patel! I woke up with a throbbing toothache and Dr. Patel was able to see me right away, she knew exactly what she was doing and didn't waste any time in performing an emergency root canal. For someone who is highly scared of pain, Dr. Patel and her staff made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Her assistants were absolutely phenomenal and they definitely made me feel that I was in good hands. Dr. Anisha Patel is by far one of the BEST in the Tampa Bay Area!!

I was shocked to read the poor reviews about this office as I am new within the last year to this office but have been there three times once for myself once for my husband and daughter and then today for my youngest child forfan emergency visit. each visit has been amazing the staff had been very professional, quick and they're very friendly. Dt. Patel is very good at explaining what needs to be done what your options are in case your finances don't allow for the most expensive work. She explained in detail what was going on each time and how to maintain your teeth. Especially if you do have issues, she may tell you to do more to take care of your teeth, like flossing twice a day, use flouride after brushing, etc. I was in today with my 9 yr old, as a new patient, for an emergency, but the team took him back for x-rays, and Dr. Patel to examine the issie, pull the loose tooth and done all in less than 30 mins...my son wasn't afraid, which was shocking as he's a big baby, and came out smiling like nothing happened...he was proud of himself as I was..lol...granted, they were not busy, but like any office when they're busy or have any unexpected challenges, whether with patients teeth or staff calling out due to any situation that life can bring upon us, the wait time could be longer. .BUT....they are open on Saturdays, which I absolutely love and hope they never change, for those that can't take off of work during the week...that's caused me to delay seeing the dentist for several years, neglected my teeth bad because I didn't get the professional cleanings I needed and fix any issues before it was too late....I also have had bad experiences with dentists office, Bright Now, Great Expressions, and Smile Bright, all tried to upsale, not advising of other things that would fit my budget, and NONE of them would clean my teeth claiming I had periodontal disease on top and bottom... funny though because last dentist I went to was in 2016 and I suddenly only have it mildly on my bottom teeth...strange huh? Lol..Bright Now advised me that my daughter absolutely needed braces and spoke to me as if I was a horrible parent when I said I couldn't afford it...they also tried to bill my insurance company for a sedative my husband paid cash for at the time of the appointment. Yeah, so I sincerely appreciate the staff at this office and the honest work they do. Scheduling cleanings for myself and husband again in a few weeks. I don't dread going to the dentist no more. Thanks Anisha Patel and team! You guys are amazing!! Keep up the good work!! See ya soon!

Dr. Patel is wonderful. She took care of my sons tooth extraction with ease and my son did not even notice it. Had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Dr. Patel to anyone.

I found this location through google and is conveniently close to my home. The staff is friendly and Dr. Patel was very professional. I will be returning as a regular patient.

Brought my son for his first visit today & had a great experience. Dr. Anisha Patel & her staff were very professional including my appointment scheduling process. Anyone looking for a new dental group I would like to recommend this group!!!
