Most of the pediatric techs are very good. Dr. Sara Lee, the pediatric dentist is very experienced, gentle, and calming for the kids.

This office is wonderful! I ever had a terrible experience at a previous location (South St.Pete which has since closed) and was nervous about visiting a Greenberg again. The staff at this location (49th Street North) have been only AMAZING- so helpful and extremely kind!!! Acknowledgement should be given to- Brittany at the front desk, Miss Sophie with billing, Dr.Bajwa and their periodontist specialist. A big thank you!

Everyone at the 49th Street Disston Plaza is extremely nice and welcoming. The dental assistants were thorough and delightfully humorous. The dentist was knowledgeable.

I have gone 3 times now (glutton) for punishment and have not had a good experience either time. A lot of turnover, misinformation and poor customer service. Everyone is apologetic but nothing ever changes-insanity. I am surprised they are still in business. 1 is actually too high. I am usually not so harsh but they must do better.

The staff was friendly and polite. The dentist was nice and explained everything well. This was only my first visit but I look forward to my next one and to meeting the periodontist.

Although the place isn't fancy like other dental offices, the staff is great and they take great care of their patients. Dr. Lee and all her hygenists are awsome!

I appreciate that the Dental Assistant, & the Dentist, displayed patience with my little girl. She's 3 years old, and they interacted with her in a friendly, & an inviting approach, especially that it was her first time visiting a Dentist. She did well though, and she's cavity free!

I have braces here currently and so far it's been a terrible experience if you break a bracket I have any difficulties but you need to be fixed ASAP the book your appointment six weeks in the future. I had my braces tighten today and they wanted to give me vans but never gave them to me and are making us come back to get them in three weeks! We've been with them for nine months now and they still call us asking if we're interested in starting a treatment! it's a horrible place to get your braces I strongly advise against going here. Definitely better places out there they care more about their patients. they have their main ortho dentist running around from patient to patient all day. Our current ortho dentist came from the other room with her fingers in another persons mouth never changed your gloves and was digging around in my mouth! How nasty . If you by accidentally miss an appointment will schedule your next one six weeks in the future therefore it's been 12 weeks since your last tightening your check up. today they were so lacy, I had broken bracket I needed to get it put back on instead so they didn't take the time to put it back on but they put a spring around the metal peace that goes on the brackets to make sure it doesn't bend. Completely lazy. We've already paid almost 4 grand for the treatment and it's to late to switch... Don't go here, find a better place.

Dr. Bronstein did a great job working with a scared patient for a 6.5 hour procedure. It was a long day, but her patience and diligence were greatly appreciated. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Called several times a day for multiple days and still no one is calling me back. I feel trapped I am paying for insurance and now I have to figure out how to change halfway through the year in order to get a second appointment. I found out I should contact Florida board of dentistry. Waiting for them to open now

Leronne Perera, DDS was professional, pleasant and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made the appropriate referrals. Amaris, Dental Assistant is excellent and personable. Joanna, Front Desk was helpful. I will return again for services at the Disston Plaza location. Thank you all!
