They're awesome! The dr is honest. They break work up into segments so it's manageable and affordable and it makes it less traumatic for kids.

Everyone at the office was so nice. The dental assistant was so helpful and informative. Dr. Ward was so nice. He took his time explaining what type of dental repairs that I would need.

Very friendly office staff Dr Michael Ward is very nice! Last year had 1 root canel and 3 crowns. Yesterday I had 2 root canels and 4 crowns done. They were patient.and very kind

The dentist was super brief, no real interaction. He wasn't polite either. Maybe it was a bad day. But the staff was stellar! Very nice, polite, friendly.

Been calling and leaving online submissions for a month. Finally got a human and they use the answering service. They do or do not get the messages but not their problem. They don't care

Terrible experience here. I let him work on my 6 year old. All the work he did got infected and he just sent me to another office where they ended up pulling her teeth. Now she will have spacers in her mouth for the next 5 to 7 years. Zero stars. Money hungry, careless person

Something very odd has happened, I have not been able to reach the office directly. Several weeks ago I had gone in the Sanford office with a broken tooth ,it was broke in half, I was in very bad pain. The Dr. looked at it and told me the tooth had to be extracted and a root canal had to be done, will I waited the procedure was approved... He told me to schedule an appointment, I did so and the girl scheduled me about 3 weeks later .. and I was sent home... when I got home I called and asked what to do for the pain , he prescribed 6 pain pills to cover the next 3 weeks, a joke in all rights . About 3 days before the appointment some woman called and told me the Dr. had an eme6come up and he wouldn't be in the office that Dat, to reschedule...theat know is about 45 -60 days later... finally a real person answered about 10 days ago , I explained and she apologized and said they have been having scheduling problems. The nice lady told me somebody would definitely get back to me... Yesterday Sept 11th a Sunday, I received a text saying I have a scheduled appointment for Monday at 2 pm, I didn't see the text until 11:30 am....I tried to call the office 3 times, no answer by a real person, left message !!! Wed I have a hospital procedure by a gastrologist... where I will be put under ... and can't have any other procedures performed within 7 days,,,, The dentist office had scheduled me without talking to me ,,,,,, I am so very upset with the lack of professionalism and there over booking needy patients rolling some much money , that the dollar matters over the paitient.... This is a moral issue ....

The girls at the desk are as friendly and proficient as they can be with nonstop ringing phones and people coming in and out constantly; it's a very busy place for only two girls to be running it, but they do it very well and with a smile. The dentist is extremely personable and professional, and his nurses are warm and engaging angels who put you at ease upon your arrival and are extremely helpful. I've been to the Deland and the Deltona offices, from when I had my real teeth to when I had my real expensive teeth, and this is my first time coming to the Sanford office. It doesn't seem to matter where you go, Greensburg Dental is the best choice to make for all of your dental needs.

Always a pleasure at the Sanford Greenberg Dental office a friendly professional environment where the appointments are easy to get in a timely manner. Every experience has been a good one and if you need emergency service they always welcome you.

The staff was nice. Dentist didn't say a word. Took a look at my son's X-rays and left. Could not fix my son's tooth.

Do NOT go here! I used to work in dentistry and have been in both good and bad offices, and I know a bad one when I see one! I'm new to the area and lesson learned! Took my 4 kids here for cleaning, X-rays, and exams. When the dentist came in to do his exam he did not use gloves, did not use a mirror, or an explorer to check the teeth. No barriers on anything. No bedside manner! He used a Q-TIP! Gross!! Was told my daughter needs cleanings every 3 months due to her being in braces! Every other visit would be out of pocket. That's a lie, 6 month cleanings are just fine for ortho patients. They also did not floss my kids teeth, or prophy them. Just used the ultrasonic scaler quickly and slapped a bunch of flourish on! Front desk is rude. You can't schedule your follow up cleaning. Seriously, go elsewhere!! I'm so disgusted and will be diligently looking for a good private practice! I'm not sure how there are any good reviews! They have to be family members or bought
