I just don't know where to begin. First, I will say that the dentist and dental staff are amazing there...BUT, I have given up today on the Greenberg dental chain completely. The first week of Jan 2019 I started the process of getting dentures with these people. I have just today quit on trying to get a decent pair, June 27.. I'm done. I give up. Almost six months, going in every two weeks for yet another mold/fitting and three dental labs later, I am no the proud owner of the worse dentures ever. Six months and they still can't get it right. You should have seen some of these teeth the lab kept sending back..I think Stevie Wonder it's making the dentures. I now have a pair with a huge overbite and slanted teeth. I warn you. If you need dentures... Do not, I repeat.. DO NOT GO TO GREENBERG!!!!!! the labs they use are ridiculous!!!

Signed in at the front desk then sat in the waiting area for an hour. At the front desk they crossed out my name from the sheet and just never bothered to call on me. The staff does not appear to care at all. I was informed that orthodontic appointments are limited to one day of the week. I find the decor of "Ask us about financing" plastered all over the windows and walls to be rather off-putting. I do not recommend.

AMAZING!!!! I absolutely needed to see a dentist and I really dreaded the process for a few reasons! A. Nobody wants to go for the pain, B. Nobody wants to go for the potential of being lectured LOL And I have to admit I was worried about the second.. Nope, Dr Danielle Brambila was very kind & caring and was very professional and even to the point with a kind demeanor! Well I received the referrals I needed and I went about my dental journey... And I am just getting started with my stellar positive experience here! I require other dental services to include a prosthetic in the near future, I was given one dental office across the state as the only one in network that could help with this via my insurance co... I had a Nightmare with that office ( See my other reviews if interested) ANYWHOO I decided since I had such a positive experience with Dr Brambila I would call this office and see if maybe I could find a dentist who could help me with this.. BOOM Dr B makes them too! YAY!! Ashley who answered the phone and was herself AMAZING!!! She went above & beyond to help me navigate this dental experience and she even listened to me spill the tea from this crazy dental office in clearwater FL... I legit was almost in tears when I found out Dr B could also help with the prosthetic! Not so much because it saves me a 100mi one way trip.. But because This Greenberg location has already shown compassion and professionalism!

I suffer from severe panic disorder so I was so scared to arrive. Every person who assisted me July 1st was personable, sweet hearted, and funny. Soon as I finished my paperwork, I was called straight to the back. Receptionist didn't even have time to process my insurance lol. In and out. Less than thirty minutes, including x-rays. I would recommend them to anyone of any race or age. Someone yelled, I'm never coming back here again. Huh?? I was sad my visit ended.

I took my son here after I lost my insurance and had to apply for Medicaid (his dentist does not accept this type of insurance.) We did have to wait over a month to get an appointment, no big deal. At the appointment the dental assistant was having trouble getting my 8 yr. old son's x-rays. She just seemed inexperienced, again, no big deal. The part that seemed a bit unprofessional was when she asked if I spoke Spanish and I said that I do not, she got the dentist to get my son's x-rays (she was excellent with my son) but the dental assistant continued to speak Spanish to the dentist right in front of us. The cleaning went fine but seemed a bit rushed. Another thing I found strange was several times while my son and I were still in the room they sprayed A LOT of Lysol spray all over the place. The smell was overwhelming!

Front desk people are rude, said they'd call me back never did. I personally like the dentist they have there they are nice.

4 wisdom pulled. It was a positive experience. Majority of the staff are nice. The Doctor was great. He explained everything from start. I recommend getting to your appointment early. They are usually very busy.

I did a surgical extraction of a difficult tooth because it was broken 50% and was a success. I did not feel anything. Good job. They have a good plan and good prices too. Thank you Dra. Monique.

Dr. Monqiue Alves is amazing - She treats you like a human being and with compassion. Herself and staff were there to help me to give me back my smile in a judgement free zone. Because of Dt. Alves, her dental tech, and hygienist. I am no longer embarrassed to smile. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Alves to everyone!!
