Went to Greenberg here in riverview,I have a toothache for almost 3 wks now,had an appointment today to get them extracted.and of course I get there and they canceled the appt til next thurs day.never asked how the pain was just let me suffer for another long painful week ,I AM SO DISSAPOINTED

I normally do not do reviews at all, but I will on this one. i had to get some work done on my teeth, and I did not want to go to this dentist office, because of the experience that I had before. It was close to my house, and I thought I would give it another try. OMG, what a pleasure it was to go there. First, the dentist is by far, the best. He was so nice , considerate, and really thoughtful about what is going on with me. He only had an interest in what was wrong with me. Not like the other dentist, where you feel uncomfortable, scared (because no one likes the dentist LOL). Everyone is very robotic. Very cold another words. I never had that feeling with this place. There are all new people, who all of them are very considerate, nice, smiling, and very friendly. You will hear them talking to patient's , while the dentist is busy, and they are making the patient extremely comfortable. I needed to have some extensive work done, and I have to tell you, it was a pleasure dealing with everyone, especially the Dentist. You will love him. He is a perfectionist, and what ever you need done, he, and his help will definitely get it done, and the way you want it. I LOVE my results. I would give this place a 5 star. What a hug difference. I know it has got to be real hard to get started with a business, but this place is going to be a great one. Would recommend this Greenberg Dental to everyone, and anyone who needs a Dentist. I promise you, you will not regret it.

It's very clear to me that Dr. Cannon knows anything about respecting his patients time. Visit one, doctor was and half an hour late. Visit two, follow up visit to finish up procedure was rescheduled due to Dr. Cannon being an hour late. Last and final visit, while pulling in the parking lot for my 7am appointment I received a call from staff at 7:57 am letting me know that again Dr. Cannon will not be in until 8am no apology this is unacceptable. DONE

Dr. Cannon and his staff are truly one of a kind. Best dental experiences I have had, by far! Everyone is extremely professional, personable, and accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Cannon for all of your dental needs!

Worst experience at a dentist office ever, came on time and didn't get called in till after an hour of my schedule, doctor took an x ray and referred me to a doctor in their own office, gave me a phone number to call which I then called multiple times and left voicemails that he still has yet to respond to (Has been 2 weeks). If unprofessional was a dentist office it would be this one, anyone with teeth in their mouth should stay away from this place!

Dr. Blake Cannon is a great dentist. His work is impressive. I had 3 teeth removed and he never hurt me. I have to go back for a partial soon. Thank God real dentists do still exist. Thanks Doc!! The workers are great too. Office staff is friendly. Little slow on referrals but keep on top of your follow-up and it will get done.

This place in Riverview is a joke. They can't get my number and my wife's number straight and have canceled my appointments twice now. We'll be looking for a new dentist office.

Brought my teenager in and we received excellent service. Dr cannon answered all of my questions in graet detail. The staff was amazing as well.

I wish I could give them 0 or minus. I had an appointment last week. After signing in and waiting for a few minutes, they said "the doctor has to leave early". So I rescheduled for today. My teeth were cleaned, but the dentist did not see me. They said it is not necessary, and I can see the dentist only once a year. So why was I turned away from the first appointment. Then, the front desk asks for money, after I had asked and confirmed my insurance will cover the service. They had sent me a bill in the past too, after saying my insurance will cover the service.

I came here for my teeth long story short I came back to them for my crown and my appointment was at 10AM I'm sitting there in the waiting room and then I'm looking at the clock on my phone I noticed it's 10:32am so I get up to see what's the hold up so I asked them and they tell me ooh your appointment is at 12PM LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS thats not the time that the lady said on the phone they then rock their heads back and forth like they were mad at me that I questioned them on the time after I seen the unprofessional response I then told them to cancel this place is ghetto don't go here. And to this office do better because this is trash

If you have a lot of time to waste definitely go to this place... This place is a joke , They book more than one person for the same time And then they can't handle it . I waited a whole hour And nothing was done . My wife went through the same thing and they just pretended they accidentally booked two people at the same time.

I have a Dental emergency. I called at 12:30 today, and I left a message. I read that "walk-in emergencies are welcome." The office was scheduled to close at 3 PM today. I made a quick trip, and I arrived at 2:30 PM. The office was closed. I hope I get a call tomorrow. This needs to be done.
