Extremely rude weirdo place who does false advertising. They do not offer payment plans. It says it on the front page of the website lol. They should definitely change that because it's bold face lying. And they aren't even nice about it

Took 14 months to get in for our routine check up even though we were a client for a couple of years. They do not do cleaning the same day so another appointment had to be booked. Time of appointment 10:00 am, time actually taken back 10:34 am. My second appointment was for 10:30 am. They also do not do any cavities. You must make another separate appointment for this. Bathroom currently out of order so had to walk down to Winn Dixie. Back now and still 11:00 am waiting. 3rd appointment was made for 11:00 am. So very dissatisfied. Manager has been very receptive and kind and does her best to make things happen, but the office is just over booked with only one dentist and 1 hygienist. I do NOT recommend this company if your time is important. My daughters are having to miss school and I am missing work.

The office staff here are very unprofessional. My daughter had a terrible experience. The two office ladies just sit there lazy as can be and make dollar store runs next door getting each other snacks. My daughter was seen in another office and without taking the time to look into her files they just took the lazy way out and made me fill out all new paperwork. Non communicative staff. The lady who did the cleaning on my daughter was on something 100% Her foot would not stop jumping around and she would not stop talking about negative things about her teeth and it made my daughter anxious. I told her to just take deep breathes when she walked out of the room. Another hygienist came in to ask for tools and the hygienist my daughter saw yelled at her in front of us and mocked her after she walked out. She was very snarky and scared my daughter. The hygienist came in again and asked for another set of tools and took them off the counter, the lady then yelled at her again in front of us and said "WHY DIDN'T YOU TAKE THEM THE FIRST TIME YOU WALKED IN!!!" The hygienist just walked out without saying a word back. Ugh, after all of this she was still acting as if there were a bunch of ants in her pants and hopping around the room, she just couldn't sit still. She did fluoride treatment on my daughter and nearly made her choke on the amount she put on the toothbrush. It was so much it was dripping off the brush all on the sides of her mouth. My daughter had lost two teeth at once and caused her to have spaces in the front, she was very embarrassed about her teeth and self conscience at her age. The lady who was cleaning her teeth told her she looked like a jack o lantern! I was horrified but kept my composure and she then went on to say how we as moms wish they would have a beautiful smile. I had to explain to my daughter afterward that she is beautiful no matter what her smile looked like. She worsened her complex and gave me a terrible feeling of the type of person she is and how she could be treating other children with out parents present?!! As the Fluoride was being finished up she told her she shouldn't have swallowed it and I wish she would have told her ahead of time she made her so nervous. As she was rinsing out her mouth, she said "close" to suck up water. My daughter didn't hear her and she pushed her mouth shut in front of me, then side eyed me with a grin and smile. I was so tight lipped at this point and just wanted to get out as soon as possible. I can say the only good and sane portion of this experience was the dentist who was wonderful. I guess you have to get through the mess to find the hidden gem. As the dentist was leaving, she told her she has a normal smile and growing teeth she was very kind! My daughter asked the lady who was cleaning her teeth if she had any special prizes, the lady had her back turned to her and said sorry we don't have anything for you. NOT EVEN A TOOTH BRUSH!? After the torture she put us both through, she really couldn't find anything for her?! She then went on to mention that they are not taking any appointments for another three months and for me to call back. I AM CERTAINLY TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

I called to change apt last minute. They were very accommodating. Got me in an hour later. Dentist visits never fun but they got me in & out fast. Great hygienist.

Very professional and helpful, worked diligently to resolve my issue - unfortunately they offer NO military discount (shameful) but other than that, I would recommend.

I am giving 1star because my dentist is fabulous! However I had a very bad toothache last week, called on Monday but didn't get an appointment until Thursday. I arrive at appointment time 2:30 and the place is in chaos. Loads of people in the lobby waiting and at the front desk. I am put into an exam room and at 2:45 I am told I have at least a 30 minute wait. I totally freaked and said I'd only wait 30 more minutes. At 3:15 I rescheduled and left! Why do doctors and dentists think their time is more valuable than mine?

On Tuesday March 8 I had my long awaited first dental hygiene appointment at Greenberg in Port Orange since the covid debacle and a knee replacement so my teeth really needed an exorcism. The staff got me in right on time, the hygienist made sure I had prophylactic antibiotics on board before proceding to gently but expertly tackle my plaque. Very professional couldnt be happier.

Conveniently located practice. Friendly professionals. Was able to have initial exam including X-ray and cleaning all on the same day. Dr. Foreman was thorough and took time to explain results of her findings. Was pleasantly surprised how well my first visit went.

They were very friendly and made the experience a positive one - especially for someone that has a bit of a dental fear

Great service! They took care of what I needed on a casual level, with some humor also. I was not belittled over my mess they need to clean up and they do so at a professional level.

Great dentist! Front office staff very nice! Hygienist is awesome. Their billing software could use some improvement. Seems it's not very clear or easy to understand.

I have been 100% completely satisfied with the work that I've had done there It has been 100% great great. I have had very bad situations having teeth pulled in the past but these 2 appointments have just been great been great. The doctor took care of the pain he kept he cared about what he was doing and everything was great. The ladies working there admin et cetera were all very helpful as well.. I have I have nothing negative to say about that operation.

The dental hygienist is absolutely amazing that is probably the best cleaning I've had and I've been to very hoity toity practices in this area! Very thorough very polite very kind. I've suffered with periodontal disease and had to get my teeth cleaned and my gums treated every 4 months, if I continue with this type of cleaning it will keep my gums under control I highly recommend them.
