My first time there, and they were wonderful. They answered all of my questions and were very professional. Also, Patty did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr. Thony and Brenda and Malissa at the front desk were superb. Thank you so much.

This was my first visit to Greenberg Dental. My husband purchased the family plan for $139. My appointment time was 9:00 am for exam, xrays, cleaning. I waited in the waiting room for 55 minutes before they called me back for xrays. The machine was not working so they took me to another room for bite wings. Then the doctor came in and performed his exam. The assistant typed up the paperwork and explained that all services for today were free and next visit would be discounted under the Greenberg plan. By the time I got to the room where I was to get my cleaning it was 10:45. My cleaning took 15 minutes. So all in, I had spent 2 hours there. When I checked out I was told I owed $60. I told them I was told that today was free and showed the paperwork I was given. Now so far, all employees were very nice but the woman at the desk now was not. She rudely told me that the assistant was incorrect when she told me it was free. She was not apologetic, just simply rude. I highly doubt I will return.

Love the entire staff. Patti Kennedy did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. Patti has been taking care of my teeth for years. Front office staff seamless process, friendly and knowledgeable. Kia was quick to take X-rays and set the proper expectations. I'm thankful for a great professional dentist office.

Update: So I've had a couple of fillings on two teeth and crown and build up on a tooth with a root canal. Dr. Tophy was stellar- he neither rushed the work no took his time about it. Very professional and seems to do really good work. The techs are exceptional as well. It's been a long time since I didn't dread going to the dentist. As I said before, definitely sticking with greenberg dental ormond beach as my office! I had a great visit. The dental tech Lori and Dr Tophy were amazing(as was the hygienist whose name i didnt get). Called on Monday and got my appointment for and exam on Wednesday for a couple of issues i was having. Came in and didn't have to wait hardly at all. Great thing was that although I only had a dental exam scheduled the stars aligned so that there was a cancelation for a cleaning so I got in to see the hygienist in the same visit. Felt a lot like a family dental practice . They were nice and seemed very competent. I look forward to making this my dentist from now on! Thank you

7am appointment doors closed. First patient but second patient went first, discourteous staff nearly everyone roled in 715am or later. Cleaning not done because the hygenist the only one they had didnt have time 8am im leaving only having exam. When you schedual patients for 7am staff should be ready prior to 7am and the fact people coming to work at 715 shows the quality of care doesnt exist and the respect for custoners and appreciation for custoners is severaly lacking or non existent.

Dt thony was wonderful and so was the staff. I am one of the worst clients cannot have the chair reclined to much as I am a mouth breather , also gag alot. Dr Thony went out of his way to make my experience a good one. Thanks you for that

Can't call to schedule an appointment, went to the office and they gave me a number to call which also just went to voicemail. Ridiculous

Very frustrating. You have to leave message after message to try and change an appointment. Left 3 messages, never received call back, so just left yet another message to cancel. I will find another dentist.
