We just love the location on Central Florida parkway and international drive so much, we always feel at home, the front desk staff is absolutely amazing, even the new ladies, but they have an amazing office manager, Desiree. She was always kind, patient, professional & accomodating before she was appointed office manager, we can even see her smile through the mask. Desiree is such a breath of fresh air. She absolutely deserves this position. Paula was really nice too I liked her a lot. We can't even imagine going anyway else for our dental needs. Why even bother having appts if you just make people wait for so long? 2. The cleaning was the most painful cleaning of my life and my teeth arguably looked worse than when I walked in. 3. The dentist went too deep when doing my minor filling and ended up causing me to get a root canal. This malpractice was confirmed when I went to a different dentist for consultation.
