I have been a patient at Greenberg dental in Winter Park for many years, and in all that time have never felt as welcomed as I did yesterday at your office. I also want to say what a pleasure it was to meet Dr.Zogaib and her assistant! They understood my anxiety of the filling I needed and were so kind. They made me feel comfortable, and the little special things things like music, lower lights, were so welcoming. I feel like I've found a new dental home and will be well taken care of.

I had such a great visit at Greenberg Dental and Orthodontics. Everyone was so sweet from the receptionist to the dentist and everyone in between. I had an awesome cleaning and my teeth feel so good. There were no hassles at all which I greatly appreciate. Thank you Greenberg Dental!

I can meet in in pain n called ahead. The 2 front desk ladies were great. Then everyone else was talking Spanish n pointing h to my chart finally I was seen. N she the dr said it needed to come out. Then I went to see the soon as I could do that. N the side desk reception lady said her computer was down n it wasn't the front girl was going to make app at any location n the side desk lady stopped her. A week later still no appt. Luck I asked for refural n went some where else not happy at all the device has been subpar N the lack of English speeding employees is sad

Wonderful experience: Clean place and friendly workers. The Hygienest, Maritza Garcia Pilar is friendly and efficient. She tells you exactly what she's doing and makes practical suggestions to improve dental hygiene. Wouldn't go anywhere else to get my dental cleaning and work done.

The staff is great however I found it absolutely maddening sitting in a room with no music no magazines no TV for over a total of an hour and a half.

2 days schedule appointment for my son with a mild pain. Having pay there "insurance" discount service, I doesn't worth. Appt. at 12.30PM, arrive 12.25PM, 1:30 PM still waiting and request why people before us are going first...MY TIME....not them. Prefer pay more in another place that go to this GETTO again.

Just look somewhere else. First off, the staff is very nice and professional so I have to give them a 5 star for that; however, the quality of dental work is far from acceptable. Had my initial check up and was told I needed about six crowns - never heard that from any other dentist nor did much change between the six months I changed dentist. After a month or two of posting the decision to get two teeth crowned, I had two teeth prepared for crowns and realized that given it only took the dentist 30 minutes to prep both teeth and the tech about five minutes to then prep the gum line to take the impression that I was in a bad situation. From other dental work, this process always required an hour or more and the dentist and tech were very methodical - didn't not seem to be the case at Greenberg. When the crowns arrived, I addressed how one tooth probably needed a root canal as it was sensitive to cold and I couldn't eat on that side of my face. Dentist didn't find anything wrong but compared to other procedures I've had I didn't believe the lite tapping on the tooth really test if the tooth was sensitive to cold or hot. Needless to say, my second mistake was letting the dentist put the two crowns on in which I could not get any floss in between those teeth when I got home because there was too much glue left between them - the $2200 something bill. I went back (3rd visit) and had the dentist look at the teeth and fix some rough spots. She grinded off some rough spots and forced some floss between the teeth. A few weeks later, a big chunk of glue popped out from between the crowns and now I have a space between the two crowns large enough to capture anything I eat. Yes, I even discussed the spacing issue with dentist as part of the care plan before she ever started any work so this issue should have never happened if she actually did her job. Of course, I was charged to fix work I was already charged once for - hmmmm. Finally, I went a fourth time but the original office WOULD NOT see me and I had to drive all the way across town - about an hour. I had grown tired of the massive food build up between the teeth and the one tooth being so sensitive that I can eat on that side of the face. This of course was my last mistake with Greenberg Dental and this dentist. The tech, super nice, saw there was rough spots on the teeth plus the spacing was too much. The dentist added compound to the two crowns to close the spacing which did help but didn't fix the root canal - and of course, another bill for the same teeth. I was done with Greenberg and my insurance company was out about $1700 while I was out $1100 plus my time. A month later, I see another dentist in a different practice who said immediately from my x-ray and sensitivity test that I needed a root canal and one of the crowns had to come off as it had very poor margins as well as the spacing between the crowns was too wide. Finally, a dentist that was competent and not focused on a chop shop dental care model. At the end of the day, Greenberg staff is exceptionally nice but when you pay for dental work you should get quality work that doesn't cause more problems or just infuriate you. Maybe your experience is far different than mine but I would never recommend Greenberg to anyone nor will I have hand over another dollar to the chop shop.

I usually don't write reviews but this place is terrible with returning calls etc...been waiting for 3 months just to get a tooth pulled out that you have to wait so long. No return calls
