The staff is very friendly and courteous. The Dr. Was amazing helped me feel at ease. I did not wait long and the service overall was simply wonderful. Dr Lopez talks only about insurance. He didn't even check teeth, but was worrying more about insurance and money. He didn't ask what worrying me and why I was there, all conversation was about insurance and money. I don't recommend waste your time there. Maybe main office in Winter park has better stuff.

Dr. Lopez was very kind, professional, and efficient. He took the time to listen to and answer all of my questions and concerns. And he even addressed options for additional treatment options should I consider them in the future. Originally was just attending for an initial exam, but the office was able to fit me in for a cleaning too. Carrol did an awesome job at cleaning my teeth and getting rid of all the coffee stains. I left feeling so fresh and clean! I arrived about 20 minutes early, and was called to the back shortly after completing the intake paperwork. My x-rays, exam and cleaning took only about 1 hour give or take 10 minutes. I'm very pleased with my experience today.

was not satisfied. Was told there was a pediatric surgeon to fix my daughter's cap, drove an hour and a half to find out that is not the case. Complete waste of time after waiting two months for the appointment.
