The dentist was very rude and refused to treat my daughter. Told her to floss and let it bleed even if it hurts she needs to give it a couple weeks. The appointment for a cleaning isn't for another 3 months. The dentist told us because we have medicaid that were over looked because company policy. They currently have a lawsuit against them so im going to be obtaining a new dentist.

We love this practice. Dr. Vincent Van has been taking care of my girls teeth for a couple of years now. I trust him with his knowledge and experience, and my kids are comfortable with him because he is very gentle and caring. His assistants do a great job as well. I would recommend Anna especially if your child is younger or nervous around dentists. She is very good at interacting with kids and making the experience fun. The front office ladies are always polite. A big thank you to the whole team.

I'm very disappointed in this dentist office. My son chipped his front tooth and the crown that they replaced fell out 3x. Last time it fell out they never called back to assist. I called emergency line several times and doctor never called back. My son's tooth was very sensitive due to it being filed down very small. I guess this is not considered an emergency. He had to walk around with a small nugget tooth til I was able to find an emergency dentist that cared for him. Also they never answer the phone when trying yo book appointment. I left several messages and they never called back to follow up

I had a very short wait time, but when I was brought back to the room, my dentist had awful bedside manner. She said good morning, but it wasn't addressed to me so it took me a minute to realize she was talking to me. She did not explain ONE thing she was doing during my filling, and I was stressed because I had never had a filling before so I did not know what to expect. She just started poking me with the anesthesia and drilling into my tooth, not waiting long enough for the anesthesia to kick in, which hurt a lot. The only other time she talked was to say goodbye after leaving. Awful bedside manner, and I will be finding another dentist.

The hygienist was very sweet she was very caring and did a great job cleaning Christopher's teeth. I have to say I was not as impressed with the doctor as she was very rude and actually insulted Christopher right in front of me and then the doctor left the room and I sent Christopher to the lobby and I asked to speak to the doctor in private as to not embarrassed Christopher any further with any more insults. I had a face-to-face talk with the doctor and told her I didn't appreciate her insulting and that I felt that she was being very unprofessional and that that is not something you do to a patient ever I am still in shock that a doctor would insult a child right in the office in front of the parent imagine what happens when they don't allow the parents in the back. I can not understand how a doctor can do that to a child and just walk out of the room like nothing happened. But this is not to say this is what would happen at all of the Greenberg Dental Offices this is just my experience at the Conway and Curry Ford office

I'm gonna go elsewhere! Horrible! The tech girl who took my x-rays was nice. The "doctor" was something else. I didn't even know she was the doctor. Came in started painfully poking around and left. Didn't tell me anything or acknowledge me. I'm gonna find a dentist office where there aren't any angry doctors around. I'm sorry your life sucks.

I went here today was told something different from a 1st opinion doctor at another location, this one being 2nd opinion... the story didn't match with the 1st doctor statement, furthermore the doctor at Conway Location Dr Romero took an instrument tapping hard on my tooth causing discomfort and some pain from tapping it which was unnecessary in my own opinion. Please beware at times you just can't trust everyone or every doctor. Some of them lie just to make money, others are truthful and really care for the patient well-being needs. Caution BEWARE!!

Friendly staff but customer service is horrible. They are only staffing 2 employees to answer the phones and you can't get through. I called 8 times and left 4 messages but nobody answered or returned my calls. I had to drive 45 minutes and through 2 tollbooths each way to just make my 2nd appointment. Their response to my concerns were " I know we here that a lot"
