Great experience for my 7 yr old who had to have a root canal. Thanks Greenberg! Crown replaced because I ate a Now And Later. SMH. Thanks Greenberg team( Dr. Nygen and Salem).

Yes the receptionist did an outstanding job. Her name was Tia. She was very patient and courteous. I did not have all my information as an old patient with new insurance. So a shout out to her right job she has in that position. Thanks Tia!!!.

I go every 3 months to get a dental cleaning. Upon checking out. I was told that it was no charge then she followed up with oh the hygienist hasn't put the code in as of yet. Now I was told it be $10.80. I then as I attempted to schedule my follow up with the female that appeared to be an office manager. She the. Told me it was not covered by the insurance. Of which, I understood. However, as she is scheduling the appointment she now tells me I need to pay an additional $43.10 for today's appointment. because the insurance didn't cover it. I'm thinking ok! Now she comes back with you need to see the dentist for your exam! She tells the lady that scheduled my appointment for today that she should have told me on last visit that was to take place. Needless to say I did schedule but I didn't see the dentist since that should have taken place prior to the cleaning . I will be following up with Greenburg!

This office NEVER answers the phone. No one had the time or gas to keep driving up to your office for a simple question when all you had to do was answer the phone.

Over a hour wait for my appointment. The hygienist was was rude. He didn't position the the suction tube correctly I felt like I was drowning with all the water and he was using. His resolution was breathing through my nose. I wouldn't recommend this location

Horrible place. They never pick up when you call. You leave a message like the machine say but they never call you back. I've been calling them for 3 month about my dads partials and they won't pick up or call me back. Insurance already pay them but they refuse to give item. Horrible place and would never recommend them. I would give them zero stars if I could.

Dr. Linda Nguyen is awesome. I absolutely dislike and terrified of going to the dentist. I had a crown and I didn't feel anything. The staff is also very attentive,friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend this office. Come see Dr. Linda let her take care of you Dental needs.

I had a dental appointment to get my teeth removed the dentist was 30 minutes late it was horrible customer service was poor I don't know where the doctor got his license but somebody need to reevaluate him I had a back teeth removed I got stitches all in the back of my mouth when he cut and put now getting a abscess he started pulling my teeth but he took so long coming back after the medicine wore off he had a gnarly up again finally and doing a process the suction machine wasn't working we had to stop and go fix that then he came back it was ridiculous how he was cutting holding my head and pulling my teeth I started hollering how he had my head pushing me down and sweating all over me I would never go back to him I had better service elsewhere I had two teeth removed at one time all this pain I had he gave me a prescription for MotrinIt's been two weeks and my mouth is still hurting and getting a abscess on my gums I would never go back to this Greenberg dentist orthodontist or Ha-wa-si it was horrible

Receptionist great customer service...the Asst and dentist horrible attitudes with new patients..if you want a better overall experience with dentistry...the west colonial office of Orlando is not it

Great Staff. Excellent Service. Very professional and knowledgeable. The dentist makes you feel comfortable, even if you are afraid of needles. I will always recommend this place
