I had an appt today I took time off to go to the appt to find out their level of professionalism. They permanently closed their office on E Colonnial 32803 and not one person call or send me an email. So frustrating then I call the number on the paper they placed on their door and not one person pick up the phone. Fuming!! My 1st time going to Greenberg dental not ever again!!! Nor w/I recommend no one to go to any Greenberg dental off. So unprofessional.

Online operator isn't always efficient! They say they will have someone call & no one ever does!! Doctor Byun is very proficient and caring. He will explain everything in words you can understand and see you when there's an emergency. BUT! NEVER TRUST THE ONLINE PERSON, GO STRAIGHT TO THE DOCTORS OFFICE, WHERE THEY CARE!!

My only regret? Wish I had come here sooner. (I went to Aspen Dental on East Colonial. Don't recommend it.) At Greenberg, the staff was very friendly and professional. As a first-time patient, got X-rays, a consultation and a teeth cleaning in 75 minutes. That ain't bad! They weren't trying to upsell me or overcharge me and my insurance (cough cough Aspen Dental.) It was a really positive experience and I would definitely go back.

I drive 15 min more to go to this location because everyone who works here is so nice! They are always very kind and helpful, and anytime I've had to reschedule they are understanding. I also love that my dentist is a young female! This is the first time I've had a female dentist and she is so kind.

Staff was very informative and friendly. No complaints thus far. Enjoying the process. Elizabeth was very detailed in explaining the procedure. Hygienist and overall from front desk is super cool and shared suggestions. My new home for sure when it comes to dental. Give them a try if you're hesitant.

I've only ever had excellent experiences here. I have a lot of sensitivity and low pain tolerance-- these folks are kind, understanding, and flexible. Also very LGBTQ+ friendly, as far as my own experience goes. Definitely recommend.

My daughter is 8 and this is her second time at the dentist. She loved it. Dr. Elizabeth showed her big girl teeth on the computer and explained the importance of brushing and flossing 2x/day for 3 minutes. My daughter got her teeth cleaned and treated and was a very happy girl afterwards! Definitely making this our home office! Thank you Dr. Elizabeth
