First time patient. Was extremely noisy with many children screaming and crying. I asked about the noise level and the lady stated tuesdays were kid days so I'll book on a different day next time. Place was okay. I needed a cleaning since I was overdue because of covid closures. The lady taking pano X-ray asked me to lay my glasses on kids step stool and I said no, that concerned me a bit because it was nasty with all those outdoor shoes being on them. Not to mention my Coach prescription glasses cost $500+. I literally looked around for somewhere to place them and they had nothing for your stuff to sit on. I laid them on top a box of gloves beside open trash can :(. The ceiling for my exam was dirty and had a cobweb blowing in the breeze which grossed me out a bit but floors and baseboards where acceptable. The doc took a look and then Ashley did my cleaning. I have sensitive teeth so she used a numbing gel which made the procedure very easy to handle (I hate dental procedures). She was fast and thorough which I appreciated. Overall okay. Pros. Affordable and no up sells Cons. Somewhat dirty, loud, no privacy ( they leave the doors open even when the doctor is in and even when the hygienist is doing her job). I have Medicare so very few dental options so I'll use them again because the hygienist was very good.

My kids had their cleaning today. We usually go to the location we went to. But this time we had Ms Jakiya..hope I spelled her name right,but she was awesome. She is so polite and such a natural with kids. She has such a soothing voice and talks to the kids as she is working. They loved her and I did too. She did very well with my energetic 6yr old too, lol. It's people like her that makes these appointments worth it. Great job! She deserves a raise!!

What a great experience. They are completely transparent and aren't trying to sell you anything extra. They are quick, friendly and efficient. My dental assistant, Ashley, was awesome! Best experience at a dentist in years. You have to check this place out.

The orange park office is awesome coming from dealing with many frustrations,unanswered questions and phone calls from the wells rd.location I was really delighted with my experience from the orange park location thank you so much to the staff who saw the pain my daughter was in and helped right away !!!!!! Thanks again guys and courtesy goes a long way be blessed !!

I've been going to Greenberg dental since a teen. Now that times have changed a bit and Im in my mid-twenties, with the stresses of the workforce and no parental insurance, they are still very affordable and always make me feel welcome (which is very important to me). They're always willing to find a time that suits me and have gotten me in on short notice on many occasions. I've always really appreciated the South Blanding staff and kindness they've shown through the years! I love GREENBERG DENTAL! I don't think I'd ever change my dentist for the rest of my life (unless of course I moved :p)

I loooooove the denist that my children see and all the staff that work here ! Everyone is cometely amazing with my children. The wait time is just ridiculous. They over book but i deal with it be the care my children receive so if your not patient and dont plan on or want to be waiting hours its not for you.

The office needs better cleaning. Also needs to allow nitrous oxide for patients. It is also apparent how they multi book each time slot and just rotate room to room. There were way too many Long periods I was left alone waiting for the next steps. Kind of aggravated.

i've been trying to get a tooth pulled for over a month. Meanwhile my teeth have to be clean. and felling have to be put in.but the tooth thats hurting me can wait another week. that makes a total of five weeks now. Scheduling is terrible everybody has a different opinion depending on which doctor you talk to. A total mess and I'm getting the Shaft by putting up with Tooth pain for so long. I'm about ready to go to the county Dentist to get it out. And I have their insurance it is useless. Getting a tooth out. Like being in the military keep comingin. hurry up and wait.

This was our first time visiting this location for my 5yr old son who couldn't get booked for our normal location for another few months, and because he had an abscess he needed to be seen ASAP. I expected to just be seen today for a consult, but to my surprise, the dentist was the same one who has been working with my child for years from the other location, and our emergency extraction was able to be completed today! My little boy is already on the mend due to their swift service. I also want to give a huge shout-out to the women who cared for my child today- everyone from the front desk all the way back to the operating chair were top notch. Thank you!
