Highly pleased with this service. My daughter was so scared but the staff was so nice & made her feel more than comfortable. Margie & Taylor are saints. Dr. EZ was amazing. I appreciate them so much. My daughter has severe PTSD from previous dental visits & this one was the absolute best! What a joy it was to meet them all!

The only good thing about this office were the girls at the front desk. They were very nice and welcoming. I was surprised that this was one of the only dentist offices that actually had available appointments that wasn't as far out as next year and now I understand why!!! The short Hispanic women who did my 8 year old sons cleaning was terrible. She was rude didn't even introduce herself and did not make my son feel comfortable what so ever! She did not bother telling us what she was doing! She was extremely rough and mean through out the entire process! It was as though she had never worked with children a day in her life! My son was in pain after a simple cleaning to the point he asked that I never take him to this office ever again! She was actually bothered that we requested a cup that was literally right behind her so he can spit out excess saliva. Beware of this women she does not care about your child's well-being not does she realize that he is in fact a CHILD! I felt so bad I allowed this women to handle my son today. She was literally screaming at him over and over saying open/close/open close open close put your head up put your head down.... Like lady give him a chance to do the first freaking request! It was to the point he was so confused as to what the hell she wanted him to do!The pediatric dentist on the other hand came in for 1 minute and I couldn't even understand him! He spoke like a shy 5 year old child his voice was so low I had to have him repeat himself multiple times. Overall we had a very BAD experience !!!

Worse office ever! Do not go to these people you will never be able to get in if you ever have an emergency, even for a simple question you can never get anyone to answer the phones it just loops you around and around and you feel like you're chasing your own tail, might as well save your money and their work is low quality!

I scheduled my appointment for X-rays and cleaning three months ago. When I arrived for cleaning the technician was running behind so they had me do my X-rays first. This took an hour to complete. Then I moved to other side of building for my cleaning. I waited 30 minutes and no service. I rescheduled my appointment. It's like I was was a surprise. Like someone who walked in without an appointment. Although I scheduled three months ago and they called me two days before appointment to confirm, I think I surprised them by making my appointment on time.

It's really sad when you can't count on your dentist to schedule for more than 8 months to simple cleaning.to top that off no one is available to complain about it

Very unprofessional, does not care about patient needs and will discriminate. If I could give this a zero star then I most definitely would this place does not deserve any type of stars at all this is the worst place in history and to be honest with you the place itself could be redeemed it is the workers that give the place a very very very very very bad reputation I have never been so disturbed in my life by the experience that I had today I do not recommend this do not bring your children there

The staff, dental assistant and Dr. Young are always great professionals however the walls needs painting, chairs in waiting area need cleaning or be replaced, and some chairs in office should be replaced/thrown away.

A bit of a wait but all good although this was only our first time here the Staff were all polite and patient they explained everything well overall good experience so far

Literally waited over an hour just to have my daughters teeth xrayed and cleaned. Have called five times to cancel her upcoming appt because her tooth came out on its own and can never get anyone on the phone.

Broken painful tooth was told to come in for an emergency extraction from 10:30am till 12:30 pm only to see a doctor to get antibiotic and reschedule extraction in a week worst place on the planet I would not recommend this for a pet or a worst enemy. Less than a star in my opinion and probably other people's opinion don't waste your time at this place.

I had an appointment for 12:30pm and showed up at 12:15pm to do paperwork. Was done before my appointment and waited until 12:55pm then a dental assistant took me back to do X-rays. I waited another 15 minutes for the doctor and he looked at my mouth and said "the other doctor will take care of me for the deep cleaning. I waited for the other doctor and he came in at 1:45pm and said everything looks good another Dr will be in shortly I waited till 2:34pm and no doctor was near. I left and canceled all future appointments with them. Truly unprofessional and no one could answer as to where my doctor was to complete the simple dental cleaning
