This place is great. Everyone is so nice and does really great work. So glad this place got a new staff. The old staff just wanted you in and out and some were very rude. Glad I stood with this place. Cause before the switch, was looking for another place to go.

Very reasonably priced quick and simple actually felt like I did not get ripped off I guess there's a first time for everything First visit with new staff Dr Shri Rajaopalan was wonderful,[ very detailed ] responded with clear concise answers and my wife enjoyed her company as well we will both be back soon for additional work thank you

Early morning appointment for cleaning. Staff was pleasant and efficient. Ashley took every step to ensure implants were cleaned. She is meticulous in her work. DR. Shweta was thorough in her exam and very informative. She had great interaction with me, not rushed. Location is great too.

The ladies up front are very nice. Also the dentist is very caring and gentle. It's nice having a easy going dentist it felt like she relieved some of the stress I was having being there. Haven't had anything major done but so far so good.

Ashley is great with cleaning my teeth. Gentle and comfortable the whole time. But I can say they overbooked way too much. My appt. At 7am and I did not go in for cleaning till 8:15.

This office should not be open. It is just not professional to be told by 5 different people at the office that they just opened, they don't know where things are, they are not prepared to do basic procedures, etc. To be honest I was embarrassed for everyone who worked there. You want to feel confident when you go to a dentist's office, this office made me feel doubtful that they even knew what they were doing. The icing on the cake was that the dentist could not do something as basic as extract a tooth. Isn't that dentistry 101? The previous dentist was great, he was everything a dentist should be. This new office better get their act together or they will start losing patients.

Very professional and clean. The dentist is very nice and explains in detail. The receptionist Katie is very helpful. All of the employees are so polite and professional. Thank you for your help and care with my daughter.

Today I went with my daughter to her appointment at 10:30am and the office was close, I have not notifications or call from them to get another appointment for my daughter, I call them and they can't find my daughter appointment or files. Supposed have computer breakdown, anyways I need another Dentis office, I'm not Trust these people anymore, this can't happen to another person waist your day at work and your child school.

The front desk and Pediactric coordinators are so unprofessional and very rude. The location is filthy and unsanitary. I refuse to bring my child and do not recommend any other children to this Greenberg dental location.

I loaned $6000 for an ex friend's teeth to be fixed. I was there each time she had work done because it was put on my carecredit card and credit card. The ex friend mary sapp never payed me so i payed it all then i tried to make an appointment for myself. I Called 5 times and left messages but they never called me back knowing i was the one that payed them all that money. Shame one them. Dentist was nice but front desk workers are extremely rude every time i handed them my card. The crowns looked pretty good but not good enough for all the money i payed so i guess them not returning my call was a blessing in disguise because Dixieland dental are amazing.

They constantly waste your time as a client. I've been trying to get a specific tooth fixed for over a year now have taken days off of work in attempts to get said work done and they'll either be too "short staffed" to keep your appointment or the dentist takes days off. They don't call to confirm your appointment nor can they easily be reached by phone if you want to check your appointment info. Save yourself the trouble and do NOT go to Greenberg

I've been to the dentist plenty of times and I must say this has been one of my best visits ever! I didn't leave their office feeling defeated...like I paid them money for "nothing" or just to hear what I "always" hear. Doctor Park is so nice & great at what he does! The staff in general have great customer service skills! From the front desk, to the dental assistant, to I believe her name was Ashley (the young lady who cleaned my teeth!). I have appointments scheduled to get more work done & I'm looking forward to more great experiences! So happy to have been referred to Greenberg & I'm happy that I chose this location
