I signed up for the new patient 59$ cleaning and x-rays. I spent an hour there getting x-rays and then they told me my teeth needed a deep clean instead of a light clean. I asked them to do the light clean that they said was part of the $59 dollar charge but the would not. So they took my 59 dollars and did nothing to clean my teeth. They are just trying to sell their insurance program and special services. Do yourself a favor and pick somewhere else to go. I even offered to pay more to get them cleaned but they are all about selling periodontal services .

I had appointment tuesday at 7:30 a.m. I was the first one there at 7:15 , staff started coming in right at 7:30 also, then here were 4 people that came in . The girl at front desk disappeared she didn't ask anyone to sign in , so one rude person went to desk and started yelling I have an appointment at 7:30 and he was given his paperwork, while I'm still sitting waiting for them to acknowledge me. They looked very disorganized one guy came right it at 7:30 saying his partial that he just got last week is already broken. I left, they don't care about their patients I didn't even get a confirmation on my appointment.

So the dentist/hygienist/assistant were great. They were unable to finish my 6 yr old daughter's dental work entirely (only got one side of her mouth done due to discomfort even through the "laughing gas" at no fault of their own). They did need to end up referring me elsewhere to complete her remaining dental work.

I will start out by saying that I am TERRIFIED of going to the dentist. I had a horrible experience and that is what I think of everytime. I had a really bad tooth ache and had to go have it checked. I made an appointment at Greenberg in Largo. I of course needed an extraction. I was so afraid that they had to check my blood pressure!! The entire staff was so kind to me. The dentist talked to me and was so understanding. He took things extremely slow. I felt bad because he told so much time with me. Anyway, the shots to numb me were what I was most afraid of. He was wonderful. Now I ONLY go to Greenberg. I won't go any place else. I

Dr. Reyes is a good guy. I had some bad tooth decay in one tooth on the right side of my mouth. Kept putting it off and eventually I couldn't sleep at night.... so it was time to get it taken care of. Very happy I went to these guys. They guided me through the process of getting a root canal for the tooth and the crown. Really appreciate Dr. Reyes's kind demeanor. My crown turned out great! So far so good, hope there's problems in the future. (Knock on wood) Only thing I would say is that the x-ray procedure was a little uncomfortable, but I don't think that's enough of a reason to lower my rating. Overall I am happy with my experience! Very thankful.

The office on Walsingham Rd in Largo has been nothing but BLESSING'S AFTER BLESSING'S!!! From my son's initial appt, to every follow up procedure, to making sure they called as PROMISED, to even showing maturity in my soon to be 18 year old because of the relationship the staff and that PHENOMINAL DENTIST have built with him...that he spoke up about a concern...a 1st for him TY SO MUCH... Also, a BIG PLUS FOR ME AS IM SURE IS FOR MOST OF US MOM'S...every visit is EXACTLY THE SAME: Open front door Smiling front office girl says hey guys you're CHECKED IN Lobby wait time is TOPS 5 TO MAYBEEEE 8 MINUTES Assistant peeks out, Smiling AS WELL, and calls you back By the time the patient sits and maybe 1 minute TOPS pass by...DR IS KNOCKING, READY TO WORK...also, willing to do MORE THEN SCHEDULED IF POSSIBLE... RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE...won't regret it!

Today was my first appointment at Greenberg Dental. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I thought I was scheduled for a cleaning but when I got there I was told I would only be receiving an exam and X-rays. I am scheduled tomorrow for the cleaning.

Unhappy with service. My husband went in for a yearly exam, X-rays and cleaning. They charged us the copay, but refused to do a regular cleaning., stating he needed a deep clean and said we had to schedule another appt.

The only dentist I've ever liked. Toothpaste burned my mouth for years, and Dr. Reyes was the only one to try and find a solution (which worked!!) rather than tell me to just push through it. Will definitely come back for future appointments.

No waiting from arriving through exam, cleaning and check out. Excellent dentist and hygienist did a very thorough cleaning. Their dental plan is a huge help along with their finance program.
