Front desk receptionist Ivanna was very rude and unpleasant when I called the office with a question about my appointment. She shushed me multiple times and even began to giggle to vocally and discretely express her lack of care over the phone. Receptionist are the front lines of most businesses and while I liked the actual dentist. Ivanka left an unpleasant representation of the office. Front desk receptionist need to be well rounded and communicate properly she was unprofessional.

The dentists and employee as well as Anna at the front desk are great. The billing department is atrocious. They never call back. I have been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. All they have is an 800 # with a recording to leave a message. They don't take calls, they don't call back and then they will send you to collections. Go figure.

Very caring and suportive. I have no wait time. I could not ask for a better Dental service. I got a Crown.

unfortunately this is not going to be a good review. I called the Greenberg Dental office many times to get in for a dental infection.. I called every line that they had including the emergency line.. on one ever got back with me as they said they would... well needless to say I found Dental Care of Lakewood walk and they got me in right away. Shame on you Greenberg for abandoning your patients. The BBB rates you with an F and many complaints. I hope you do not open your door here again in Lakewood Ranch. I had to give you one star to get this posted. no Stars for you. I give you a minus for bad business!!!

I went to this office to see Dr Kaslow, the oral surgeon. I am terrified of the dentist! I cannot say enough about how great Dr Kaslow is. He is THE BEST oral surgeon/ dentist that I've ever been to. There was no pain, the atmosphere was relaxing, the dental assistants were great, and overall the BEST experience I've ever had with a dentist!!!

Amanda has been the rudest person to talk to and offended me as much as possible. I was trying to understand why it was ok for my granddaughter to have a tooth pulled one day, but not to get her appliance the next day Because they did not want to put hands in her mouth. So it's ok to put hands in her mouth to pull the tooth but not to put the spacer in. I still don't understand. She was cancelling the Ortho appointment. She said she would make note that I did not care if my granddaughter was to get the virus and go ahead and get the appliance the next day. I'm still mad about that remark.

Dr. Segovia is such a delight to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and has a lovely bedside. My daughter's teeth look amazing post braces! The transformation of her teeth took 24 months. During that time, Dr Segovia has entire staff ( Amanda, Kenya, Sarah, Felipe and Shandi) were welcoming and flexible. Today we are back to get my son's braces on! I am completely confident that the product of their work will be amazing, as it was for my daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Segovia.

Dr. Laurey is so caring and honest and an overall wonderful person. I came in with severe tooth pain needing a root canal but with no insurance didn't think I could afford it. She offered to work with me to save my tooth and that meant a lot. Her and the assistant spent a good amount of time trying to numb me up, and with maximum effort I was still having trouble following through with the procedure. I left the office with no charge and I felt so guilty because I wasn't able to get anything done, but I was so pleased and appreciative. The staff are always nice and pleasant and the prices are definitely affordable . Would recommend and will continue to get my dental work done at this office!

I show up today for an appointment scheduled six months ago and the door is locked. After calling several other offices I finally get someone on the phone who tells me the Lakewood Ranch office is closed because of COVID and I can be scheduled in several weeks at another office. Did you guys not think to call patients that have already been scheduled at the Lakewood Ranch office to notify them of the closure? Or at the least, put a sign on the door? Not a very good way to treat customers!

They give appointment for Saturday 7:00 am and when I was trying to check in the manager came up with all kind of lies saying that I cancel my appointment. They were trying to give new appointment but the true is that I loss couple days of work trying not to lose this because I am a over the road driver. So unlucky for me I can only give one star when they should get 0 stars.

Dr. Violet Laurey and her staff were so kind. They make you feel very comfortable. Very professional, clean and organized office. Dr. Laurey was at another office prior to this one, and I made it a point to follow her to this office and continue my dental care with her and her team. Also, the hygienist is very gentle, and I liked how the assistants recognized me from the other office. This made me feel great about my decision the follow Dr. Violet and her team!

I am more than pleased with Dr. Violet Laurey and her services at Greenberg. She is timely and helpful and worked with my schedule to come up with a plan that best fit my lifestyle. I am a full time student, so she was flexible about getting me in on time while maintaining comfort and care. I left feeling confident and prioritized. So grateful! I wouldn't choose any other doctor!
