I love Greenberg! The staff are all very nice and easy to work with. I am always in and out pretty fast. I've been to a few dentists in Lakeland and they all try and push services on you that you don't need. I trust the doctors at Greenberg! I'll never go anywhere else.

I waited for an hour just to be taken back into a room for a consultation for jaw pain. Only to be referred to a jaw specialist in Orlando. Ridiculous. I wasted my whole afternoon to be seen for ten minutes and for the problem not to be solved.

Love it, from the front desk, everyone was so nice. All the way to the back, the dental assistant was so sweet, I was so embarrassed about my smile and she made everything so comfortable. Can't say the least about the doctor. Never felt so relaxed.

The entire first-day process was excellent" documentation, interview, patient/doctor evaluation and dental assistant personnel, Filomena, was excellent. Appointment made for further treatment, following my schedule.

Office staff not professional,I tried for 4 days to get in touch to get an appointment..I suffered 4 days waiting to get a return call ,which I called their emergency phone & never heard a word from the Hiwsy 98 North office....On the 4th day of suffering I drove to the N 98 Lakeland office & demanded to be seen by someone..The receptionist said the drs are all busy,come back tomorrow at three pm.. I said no! Is Maria Bernal here??? the receptionist said yes but she's in surgery/w a patient.. I said I'll wait for her ,she knows me... Finally the desk people had me to wait in a pt. room.. Then about 5 min Maria Bernal came to me & sweetly spoke to me ,,she said I'll be back in about 15 min.. I waited patiently, someone took x-rays of my swollen gum & decayed tooth that had been crowned & had fallen off plus two other connecting teeth that had crowns fallen off.Three crowns on upper left gum had broken away due to decay.... Maria Bernal came back to my room ,in tow with a dentist ,(name forgotten) the dentist & Maria looked at my mouth,& we discussed options , ultimately Maria Bernal wrote Rx's for infection,& 800 mg. Ibuprofen... She also gave me a referral to see a Prosthodontist who is w/ Greenberg Dental.... Maria Bernal acted professionaly assuring me we would find a solution..And She did...

Everyone at this office was phenomenal. I'm actually going to keep the Lakeland office as my primary site and I live in Kissimmee, but the customer service makes the drive worth it. They made me feel like family and went out their way to accommodate me. Thank you all and God bless.

I had a wonderful experience with the periodontist and the hygienist! She made sure I had no pain during a deep cleaning! The office staff is a different rating. Not friendly at all.

When the office called to tell me , dr. Was off sick, I got 2 phone calls , they left no message, they should of left a message. And when trying to call , never can get them to answer I actually had to drive their just to talk to someone,

I found them very professional, caring, affordable and friendly. The hygienists Ana was excellent and very thorough. Best cleaning job ever.
