I'd be advised here as I have had two cavities or maybe three my whole life and today I was told I have over seven. I go to the dentist every few years so I'm getting a second opinion. Also I was there over an hour and the cleaning didn't even begin yet. Otherwise the dentist and staff are extremely nice and the office is spotless!

Front desk is always nice. Unfortunately they aren't the ones doing the work or exams. Never been to any dentist that takes three hours to put on a permanent crown. Most dentists take 30 minutes to place a permanent crown. Most dentists when you walk in as an emergency with tooth pain, especially a child, and find a cavity, will fill it immediately to take the child out of pain. Not here. You have to schedule a full exam and cleaning first usually weeks out (even though you've been a patient for years) and then have a treatment plan and then schedule another appt to fill the cavity. Forget the fact that the dentist just took a single xray and can visually see the cavity on a bite wing and with the eyes and says, "she has a cavity in the tooth that is hurting but it's prob wisdom tooth causing pain but she's too young to remove them yet." The cavity can wait." Now that the dentist has picked at the cavity and irritated it even more calming the next day to get her in to fill it and not prolong it seems to be the reasonable thing to do. Not here. You have to have a "plan." Never impressed with this dentist as the office bathrooms are disgusting, the dentist jumps from patient to patient taking up more time with patients leaving patients sitting in a chair for hours while she strolls from room to room, bedside manner is horrific, and they neglect the needs of patients when in pain. Too bad the dentist and hygienist don't have the front desk mentality.

Greenberg Dental I recommend highly. Very professional catered to your needs. And we're very prompt as to what procedure needs to be done. I went to the one in S. Florida Ave plaza where Fat Jacks deli is. In Lakeland FL.

I went to an appointment that was set up for a bridge abridge that's a 3 unit bridge I have to take premeds prior to going to the appointments for my prosthetic shoulder they were 15 minutes late taking me back and then I sat in the room for another 45 minutes no one came in not even to numb me up or to even conversate with me to let me know what was going on I then proceeded to go to the front desk told him to have a good day and that I'm canceling my appointment I don't know how it works here in Florida but I was working as a dental assistant on the Northwest and the West Coast and if I ever let my doctor lose a patient out of $33000 plus I'd be fired so good luck Florida and your unprofessionalism professionalism I won't be back and I suggest anybody else not to ever go there. I wouldn't even give it a star but I had to continue on have a good day

The Team Lead (Jennifer Davila) is very kind and professional, but the service is awful. If I could I give them 0. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

Greenberg Dental was very profesional and accomadating especially since I had my 9 month daughter with me and definitely am using them as my go to for my teeth.

Wait time is absolutely ridiculous. I was on time to my appointment and I waited basically 2 hours to see the dentist. I'm never coming back here. I only stayed because I waited this long already.

Dr Ellis fit me in and I wasn't even a patient. I had a dental emergency and my aunt is a patient of his and she recommended me and he took me in and helped me with my extraction within a couple of days

Extremely patient, easy to understand, Dr. Hassan is exceptional. The staff is accommodating, pleasant and calming for patients like me that are petrified of Dentists! I would definitely recommend for those who need routine dental work, cleaning or afraid of The Chair!

Horrible experience, doctor without xray decided not to fix my son tooth and DENIED the service we need it ,she stated he has nerve damage without any examination, I asked several times to please help him because his been bully at school and not ever looking at him she said he needs a specialist ( no exam performed) after I asked many times they did some time of temporary work that look absolutely horrible ( dental assistant did it) I'm beyond disappointed or the horrible service, my son deserves better as a kid not someone who wants to go to lunch and walked in and out like she did , no star will describe better the poor service
