This office one staff in particular was very rude, obnoxious. I had an emergency walk-in after their call center told me to go to their office in Kissimmee upon my arrival a receptionist name Tee said they can't do that and that they are not seeing anyone til after 12....their call center advise me to go in between 9-11 am.. which I did.... horrible way to greet someone who was in excruciating pain....the dentist was a bit rude as well and wouldn't let me finish explaining my situation. He told me basically stop talking and let him finish talking his name starts with letter L

Brought my grandson in to see a pediatric dentist. The dentist did the exam, but gave us a list of dentists outside of Greenberg to contact to fill a cavity. Only 1office was even in our county. They don't do basic dental care at Greenberg? Very disappointed. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew they were only a referral office.

I was standing in front of 4 receptionists and I was ignored the whole time. 2 people that came in after me were assisted before me. It wasn't until I complained for standing for almost 10 minutes that someone decided to assist me. The medical assistant was very friendly and attentive but then I had to wait for the doctor while i saw him walking back and forth talking on the phone. Total visit lasted about 2 hrs. Greenberg in general is horrible. I've visited the Winter Haven and Kissimmee location and I get very frustrated every time I go. Calling to schedule an appointment is a complete nightmare because they never answer the phone.

I had an appointment with Dr Sterrett the Oral Surgeon and I had the pleasure of having Vetna, his assistant, to help me. She was very pleasant, sweet and approachable. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very very satisfied with the service I received during my appointment. Vetna is a very special person. Excellent job!!!!

Worst experience.. I come all this way and for them to tell me they didn't verify my sons insurance which should be done the day before so the patient can be seen. Even though he is a new patient I gave them the insurance two months prior to his appointment and all they had to say was someone scheduled it incorrectly and it wasn't verified so he couldn't be seen at all. my son has autism and it was very hard to get him here and then they try to schedule me a month out. Multiple patients were having trouble with this office.. Greenberg dental as a whole is disorganized and they have no idea what there doing. Take your business elsewhere . I wish there was a zero star button

I visited this office and I can just say that the attention and service beyond great!! Teresa hygienist, Ana, Nancy and Adriana, Josephine excellent staff!! I recommend this office. Returned back to the office once again, grateful for their staff Jaisley the manager, Liz, Tatiana, Maritza in the front end and Nathaly, Josephine and Theresa in the back bn

When she came out of surgery, they took her straight to the parking lot and put her in the car, and that's where they gave me directions. After 2 days we came for a consultation and we waited more than 3 hours to be seen, the wait took three times longer than the surgery. (Original) Mi esposa tuvo una cirugia y todo excelente, al salir de la cirugia la sacaron directo al estacionamiento y la montaron en el carro y fue ahi donde me dieron las indicaciones. A los 2 dias vinimos por una consulta y esperamos mas de 3 horas para ser atendidos, la espera se tardo el triple de la cirugia.
